Abstract
The rise of China, both in military and economic over the last decade, has drawn attention to international politics, especially in Asia Pacific region. They may strengthen their forces both quantitatively and qualitatively. In other words, Pacific countries endeavor to enhance their military power by increasing their respective defence budget as well as military collaboration with other countries in order to counter China
