Abstract

Stroke adalah suatu penyakit yang dapat disebabkan oleh banyak faktor (multifaktor). Secara garis besar, faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kejadian stroke dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu faktor risiko yang tidak dapat dimodifikasi dan faktor risiko yang dapat dimodifikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor risiko yang berperan dalam kejadian stroke pada pasien stroke rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional pada tahun 2019. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Data penelitian diambil secara retrospektif (sekunder) dari rekam medis pada tahun 2019. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien stroke yang dirawat inap di Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional tahun 2019. Dengan teknik simple random sampling, didapatkan besaran sampel sebanyak 376 pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proporsi jenis stroke yang terbanyak adalah stroke iskemik (82,4%). Presentase terbanyak pasien stroke berada pada golongan umur 51-65 tahun (47,9%), berjenis kelamin laki-laki (66,2%), memiliki tekanan darah yang tergolong hipertensi stage 1 (44,70%), tekanan darah pada pasien berumur 51-65 tahun sebesar ≥140 atau ≥90 mmHg dengan jenis stroke iskemik (76,1%), memiliki kadar gula darah 2 jam post-prandial sebesar 100-199 mg/dl (73,7%), kadar gula darah 2 jam post-prandial pada pasien berumur 51-65 tahun sebesar <100-200 mg/dl dengan jenis stroke iskemik (78,2%), memiliki kadar gula darah sewaktu sebesar 100-199 mg/dl (68%), memiliki kadar kolesterol total yang tergolong sedang (59,1%), kadar kolesterol total pada pasien berumur 51-65 tahun sebesar ≥200 mg/dl dengan jenis stroke iskemik, memiliki kadar kolesterol LDL yang berada pada batas tinggi (48,7%), kadar kolesterol LDL pada pasien berumur 51-65 tahun sebesar ≥100 mg/dl dengan jenis stroke iskemik, memiliki kadar kolesterol HDL yang rendah (74,5%), kadar kolesterol HDL pada pasien berumur 51-65 tahun sebesar <40 mg/dl dengan jenis stroke iskemik dan tidak memiliki kebiasaan merokok (53,5%). Faktor risiko yang paling berperan terhadap kejadian stroke di Rumah Sakit Pusat Otak Nasional tahun 2019 adalah tekanan darah. / Stroke is a multifactorial disease or a disease caused by many factors. The risk factors associated with the incidence of stroke are divided into two main categories, namely non-modifiable risk factors and modifiable risk factors. This study aimed to describe the risk factors contributing to the incidence of stroke in stroke patients hospitalized at the National Brain Center Hospital (RS PON) in 2019. This study adopted descriptive research. The data were collected from the medical records in 2019 by applying the retrospective sampling (secondary) method. The stroke patients hospitalized at the National Brain Center Hospital in 2019 served as the study population. By adopting the simple random sampling technique, as many as 376 patients were selected as the samples. The study results indicated that ischemic stroke was the highest proportion of stroke type found in 82.4% of the samples. The highest percentage of stroke patients was in the age group of 51-65 years, reaching 47.9%, in male patients, reaching 66.2%, in patients with blood pressure classified as stage 1 hypertension, reaching 44.70%, in patients aged 51-65 years whose blood pressure was ≥140 or ≥90 mmHg with ischemic stroke type, reaching 76.1%, in patients with postprandial hyperglycemia ranging from 100-199 mg/dl, reaching 73.7%, in patients aged 51-65 years whose postprandial hyperglycemia was <100-200 mg/dl with ischemic stroke type, reaching 78.2%, in patients with a blood sugar level ranging from 100-199 mg/dl, reaching 68%, in patients with a moderate total cholesterol level, reaching 59.1%, in patients aged 51-65 years whose total cholesterol was ≥200 mg/dl with ischemic stroke, in patients with a high level of LDL cholesterol, reaching 48.7%, in patients aged 51-65 years whose LDL cholesterol was ≥100 mg/dl with ischemic stroke, in patients with a low level of HDL cholesterol, reaching 74.5%, in patients aged 51-65 years whose HDL cholesterol was <40 mg/dl with ischemic stroke and in patients with no smoking habit, reaching 53.5%. The risk factor that most contributed to the incidence of stroke at the National Brain Center Hospital in 2019 was blood pressure.
