Abstract

Terorisme merupakan kejahatan Internasional yang menjadi perhatian dunia. Semua negara termasuk Indonesia berupaya untuk memberantas terorisme demi menjaga keamanan nasional. Berbagai upaya dilakukan pemerintah untuk mencegah masuknya teroris di negara ini. Wilayah Indonesia yang sangat luas membuat peluang masuknya teroris dari menjadi sangat besar. Perbatasan laut, menjadi salah satu pintu masuknya teroris untuk menjalankan aksi terorisme. Imigarsi sebagai penjaga pintu perbatasan yang memiliki peran besar dalam pencegahan masuknya terorisme ke wilayah Indonesia. Kantor Imigarsi Kelas II TPI Tahuna merupakan penjaga pos pemeriksaan perbatasan laut antara Indonesia dan Filipina yang menjalankan peran pengawasan keimigrasian, intelijen keimigrasian dan pemeriksaan perbatasan. Selain bertanggung jawas atas pemberian ijin masuk, imigrasi juga bertanggung jawab dalam mengawasi orang yang masuk dan keluar wilayah Indonesia. All countries, including Indonesia, are trying to eradicate terrorism in order to maintain their national security. Various efforts have been made by the government to prevent the entry of terrorists in the country. Indonesia's vast territory creates a very large opportunity for terrorists to enter the area. The sea border is one of the entrances for terrorists to carry out acts of terrorism. Immigration as border gate guards who have a big role in preventing the entry of terrorism into Indonesian territory. The Class II Immigration Office of TPI Tahuna is the guard at the sea border checkpoint between Indonesia and the Philippines. In addition to being responsible for granting entry permits, immigration is also responsible for monitoring people entering and leaving the territory of Indonesia.
