Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset penting dalam meningkatkan pengembangan di dalam suatu negara. Keberhasilan negara dapat dilihat dari mutu sumber daya manusia yang berkaitan terhadap produksi suatu negara. sumber daya manusia menjadi pusat perhatian serta tumpuan bagi organisasi ataupun perusahaan untuk bertahan dalam persaingan yang semakin ketat diera globalisasi saat ini. Tuntutan yang semakin ketat tersebut membuat sumber daya manusia harus di kelola dengan baik dengan memperhatikan kinerja demi tercapainya tujuan organisasi yang telah ditetapkan. Masalah yang diakibatkan dari pekerjaan yang dapat mempengaruhi stres kerja. Dengan beban serta tanggung jawab yang dirasa berat dan waktu kerja yang mendesak. Hal ini perlu untuk mendapatkan perhatian agar dapat sedini mungkin mencegah stres kerja terhadap pegawai. peneliti memberikan pembatasan masalah hanya untuk mengetahui hubungan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan hubungan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Mengetahui hubungan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Jakarta Krekot. Serta mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Bank BRI Kantor Cabang Jakarta Krekot. Pengambilan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner atau angket penelitian ini bersifat non parametric research data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan analisis korelasi rank spearman dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 26. Hubungan signifikan antara stres kerja dengan kinerja pegawai pada Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Krekot Jakarta Pusat. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan koefisien korelasi Rank Spearman sebesar -0.287 dengan nilai signifikan 0.037 < 0.05. Hubungan yang harmonis dan peningkatan karir akan menurunkan stres kerja dan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Hubungan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pegawai pada Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Krekot Jakarta Pusat. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan koefisien korelasi Rank Spearman sebesar 0.587 dengan nilai signifikan 0.000 < 0.05. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antar variabel motivasi kerja dengan kinerja pegawai, dimana terpenuhinya kebutuhan pokok, tunjangan kesehatan, serta hubungan kerja sesama rekan kerja baik akan memotivasi dan meningkatkan kinerja. Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai/ Human resources are an important asset in enhancing development in a country. The success of a country can be seen from the quality of human resources related to the production of a country. Human resources are the center of attention and focus for organizations or companies to survive in increasingly fierce competition in the current era of globalization. These increasingly stringent demands make human resources must be managed properly by paying attention to performance in order to achieve the organizational goals that have been set. Problems resulting from work that can affect stress. With burdens and responsibilities that are felt to be heavy and work time is urgent. This is necessary to get attention so as to prevent work stress from employees as early as possible. The researcher gives a problem only to find out the relationship between work stress and employees and work motivation on employee performance. Knowing the relationship between work stress and employee performance at Bank BRI Jakarta Krekot Branch Office. As well as knowing the relationship between work motivation and employee performance at Bank BRI Jakarta Krekot Branch Office. Data were collected through questionnaires or questionnaires. This research was non-parametric. The research data were analyzed using rank spearman correlation analysis using IBM SPSS version 26. There was a significant relationship between work stress and employee performance at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Krekot Branch, Central Jakarta. There is a significant relationship between the variables of work motivation and employees, where the fulfillment of basic needs, health benefits, and good working relationships with co-workers will motivate and improve performance.
