Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara manajemen kelas dan etos kerja dengan efektifitas pembelajaran di Sekolah Pembangunan Jaya I Bintaro, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 35 orang guru dari 58 orang guru. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah teknik simple random sampling, sedangkan teknik yang digunakan dalam melakukan analisis data yakni statistic deskriptif, korelasi dan regresi ganda. Hasil pengelolaan data dengan korelasi diperoleh besarnya hubungan manajemen kelas dengan efektifitas pembelajaran sebesar 0,637 sedangkan etos kerja dengan efektifitas pembelajaran nilai korelasi yang diperoleh yaitu 0,622 Manajemen kelas dan etos kerja bersama-sama berkorelasi positif terhadap efektifitas pembelajaran. Adapun manajemen kelas memiliki korelasi yang lebih besar terhadap efektifitas pembelajaran dibandingkan etos kerja terhadap efektifitas pembelajaran. Kata kunci: Manajemen kelas, etos kerja, efektifitas pembelajaran/This study aims to determine the relationship between classroom management and work ethics. This research was conducted at SD Pembangunan Jaya I Bintaro by using questioner method with quantitative method. The number of sampel in this study were 35 teachers from 58 teachers. The technique used in sampling is a simple random sampling technique where as in performing the analysis of technique data are used descriptive ststistics, correlation and multiple regression. Results of data management with correlation value obtained the level of Classroom Management with Effective Teaching of 0,637 while Work Ethics with Effective Teaching of 0,622 The class management and the work ethic together correlate positively to the effectiveness of learning. Class management has a great correlation to the effectiveness of learning compared to the work ethic to the effectiveness of learning process Keywords: Classroom Management, Work Ethics ,Effective Teaching
