Abstract

Pada saat ini belum ditemukan adanya data mengenai pola implementasi pendidikan Agama Hindu pada Tingkat SMA di Kota Bekasi termasuk faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya serta implementasi Peraturan Menteri Agama Nomor 16 Tahun 2010 tentang Pengelolaan Pendidikan Agama pada Sekolah. Maka peneliti melakukan penelitian mengenai bagaimana pola implementasi pendidikan Agama Hindu pada Tingkat SMA di Kota Bekasi dalam tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 dan apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya serta bagaimana implementasi Peraturan Menteri Agama Nomor 16 Tahun 2010 tentang Pengelolaan Pendidikan Agama pada Sekolah khususnya untuk pendidikan Agama Hindu. Dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi serta melakukan analisis data dan uji validitas internal dan eksternal serta uji reliabilitas, peneliti menemukan pola dimana peserta didik yang beragama Hindu menerima pendidikan Agama Hindu dari lembaga keagamaan Hindu di luar dan pola sebagaimana ketentuan sistem pendidikan nasional yaitu peserta didik yang beragama Hindu mendapatkan pendidikan Agama Hindu dan diajarkan oleh guru yang beragama Hindu. Faktor pendukungnya adalah: pertama, kebijakan pemerintah; kedua, adanya pasraman; ketiga, fasilitas sarana dan prasarana. Faktor penghambatnya adalah pertama, lemahnya monitoring dan evaluasi; kedua, sulitnya mengimplementasi 2 (dua) kurikulum; ketiga, kurangnya kedisiplinan pendidik; keempat, kurangnya guru Agama Hindu dan kurangnya sarana prasarana; kelima, sedikitnya jumlah peserta didik beragama Hindu di satu sekolah; keenam, adanya perbedaan kurikulum yang membuat penilaian menjadi sulit untuk dilakukan. Peraturan Menteri Agama Nomor 16 tahun 2010 tentang Pengelolaan Pendidikan Agama pada Sekolah telah terimplementasi. Kata kunci : Pendidikan, Agama, Hindu / Currently, there is no data on the implementation pattern of Hindu religion education at SMA level in Bekasi City, including its supporting and inhibiting factors and the implementation of Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 16/2010 concerning the Management of Religious Education at School. So researchers do research on how the pattern of implementation of Hindu religion education at high school level in the city of Bekasi in the academic year 2016/2017 and what are the supporting factors and obstacles and how the implementation of Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 16 of 2010 on Management of Religious Education in schools, especially for religious education Hindu. By using data collection method of observation, interview, and documentation as well as performing data analysis and internal and external validity test and reliability test, the researcher find the pattern where Hindu learners receive Hindu religion education from Hindu religious institution outside and pattern as provision of education system National students who are Hindu students get Hindu religious education and are taught by Hindu teachers. The supporting factors are: first, government policy; Second, the pasraman; Third, facilities and infrastructure facilities. Inhibiting factors are first, weak monitoring and evaluation; Second, the difficulty of implementing 2 (two) curriculum; Third, the lack of discipline of educators; Fourth, the lack of teachers of Hinduism and lack of infrastructure; Fifth, the least number of Hindu students in one school; Sixth, the existence of different curriculum that makes the assessment becomes difficult to do. Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 16 of 2010 on Management of Religious Education at School has been implemented. Keywords: Education, Religion, Hinduism
