Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru di KB –TK Pembangunan Jaya, upaya pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru di KB-TK Pembangunan Jaya dan kendala dalam pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru di KB–TK Pembangunan Jaya, Bintaro. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskritif dengan menggunakan transkip wawancara, catatan hasil pengamatan, catatan harian, foto dan dokumen sekolah. Hasil penelitian ini terkait tentang pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru di KB-TK Pembangunan Jaya yaitu Guru-guru di KB-TK Pembangunan Jaya sudah cukup baik dalam menguasai kompetensi pedagogik dan upaya yang dilakukan Kepala sekolah beserta guru dalam berkerjasama untuk pengembangan pedagogik guru melalui seminar, workshop, studi banding dan lainnya. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik guru seperti terbatasnya anggaran, latar belakang pendidikan guru dan kurangnya sarana dan prasarana di KB-TK Pembangunan Jaya. Kata kunci: pengembangan, kompetensi pedagogik, hambatan/This research was conducted to determine the development of teacher pedagogical competencies in KB-TK Pembangunan Jaya, the efforts to develop of teacher pedagogical competencies in KB-TK Pembangunan Jaya and the obstacles in developing teacher pedagogic competencies in KB-TK Pembangunan Jaya, Bintaro. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method using interview transcripts, observational notes, daily notes, photos and school documents. The results of this study are related to the development of teacher pedagogical competencies in KB-TK Pembangunan Jaya such as the condition of teachers in KB-TK Pembangunan Jaya are good enough in mastering pedagogical competencies and the efforts made by school principals and teachers in collaborating to develop teacher pedagogics through seminars, workshops , comparative studies and others. The results also found the obstacles in developing teacher pedagogical competencies such as limited budgets, teacher education background and lack of facilities and infrastructure in KB-TK Pembangunan Jaya.
