Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru di Junior Activity Center Kelapa Gading. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan regresi yang menggunakan tiga variabel yaitu variabel Kepuasan Kerja (X₁), Motivasi Kerja Guru (X₂) dan variabel Kinerja Guru (Y). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Junior Activity Center School (JAC) Kelapa Gading. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan kuesiner yang diberikan kepada 50 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, analisis korelasi dan analisis regresi.Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa (1) kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja guru di JAC School Kelapa Gading. Besarnya pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dapat dilihat dari koefisien regresi sebesar 1.822 . (2) Motivasi Kerja tidak memengaruhi kinerja guru di JAC School Kelapa Gading. (3) Kepuasan kerja secara signifikan memengaruhi kinerja guru. Sementara Motivasi kerja tidak mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru di JAC School dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan evaluasi peraturan sekolah dengan baik, serta memberi kesempatan kepada guru baru untuk bertumbuh dan juga lebih mempererat hubungan kerja sama tim. Kata Kunci: kepuasan keja, motivasi kerja, kinerja guru. / The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and job motivation in job performance at Junior Activity School Kelapa Gading. This research method is quantitative with regression approach which uses three variables that is school job satisfaction (X₁), job motivation (X₂) and teacher performance (Y). This research was conducted at JAC School. Data collection techniques used was using questionnaires given to 50 respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis.The results of the research show that (1) Job satisfaction affects to teacher performance in JAC School Kelapa Gading. The amount of influence on teacher performance can be seen from the regression coefficient is 1,822. (2) Job Motivation does not affect to teacher performance in JAC School Kelapa Gading. (3) Job satisfaction significantly affects to teacher performance. While job motivation do not affect to teacher performance. To improve teacher performance in JAC School can be done by evaluating school regulations, and giving a opportunity for all the new teachers to grow. Also strengthen to the teamwork relationship.
