Abstract

Yhos Paber (17011190040), Pengaruh Kreativitas Guru dan Pelatihan Terhadap Profesionalisme Guru, Tesis, Jakarta : Program Pascasarjana Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta, Januari 2020. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh kreativitas guru terhadap profesionalisme guru, (2) pengaruh pelatihan terhadap profesionalisme guru, dan (3) pengaruh kreativitas dan pelatihan secara bersama terhadap profesionalisme guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang memiliki artinya penelitian yang memaparkan hasil berupa pengolahan angka.. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Kristen Nasional Anglo Cikarang berjumlah 45 responden. Metode peneilitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional dengan analisis regresi dan regresi ganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengaruh kreativitas guru (X1) terhadap profesionalisme (Y) dengan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut Y ̂=1,196+0,652 X_1, pengaruh pelatihan (X2) terhadap profesionalisme guru (Y) dengan persamaan regresi sebagai berikut ( Y) ̂=1,517+0,593 X_2, serta pengaruh kreativitas guru (X1) dan (X2) secara bersama-sama terhadap profesionalisme guru (Y) dengan persamaan regresi linier berganda ( Y=0,437+0,495 X_1+0,405 X_2 ) ̈Kata kunci : Kreativitas Guru, Pelatihan dan Profesionalisme. / Yhos Paber (17011190040), the influence of teacher creativity and training on professionalism of teachers, thesis, Jakarta: Postgraduate Program of Christian University of Indonesia Jakarta, January 2020. The purpose of the study is to know (1) The influence of teacher creativity on the professionalism of Teachers, (2) influence training on the professionalism of teachers, and (3) the influence of creativity and training together with the professionalism of teachers. This type of research is a quantitative approach that has the meaning of research that displays the results of numerical processing... The subject of this study was the entire national Christian teacher of Anglo Cikarang amounted to 45 respondents. The methods of the method used are survey methods with correlational approaches with regression analysis and dual regression with the help of SPSS version 20. The results showed that (1) the influence of teacher creativity (X1) to professionalism (Y) with regression equations as follows Y ̂ = 1,196 + 0,652 X_1, training Influence (X2) on teacher professionalism (Y) with regression equations as follows Y ̂ = 1,517 + 0,593 X_2, as well as the influence of teacher creativity (X1) and (X2) jointly towards teacher professionalism (Y) with Multiple linear regression equations Y ̂= 0,437 + 0,495 X_1 + 0,405 X_2).Keywords: creativity teachers, training and professionalism.
