Abstract

Guru merupakan titik sentral, yaitu ujung tombak di lapangan. Keberhasilan belajar-mengajar antara lain ditentukan oleh kemampuan profesional dan pribadi guru. Dalam sistem dan proses pendidikan manapun, guru tetap memegang peranan penting. Para siswa tidak mungkin belajar sendiri tanpa bimbingan guru yang mampu mengemban tugasnya dengan baik. Guru bukan hanya sekedar mengajar, menggunakan metode yang bervariasi ataupun menggunakan media pembejaran yang beragam, akan tetapi yang dibutuhkan bagaimana guru dapat memiliki kreativitas dalam diri dan mengembangkan kreativitasnya tersebut melalui penyajian materi yang menarik sehingga hal tersebut dapat membentuk dan membangkitkan rasa cinta dan minat belajar peserta didik. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut, maka peneliti tertarik untuk meneliti tentang “Kreativitas Guru PAK Dalam Mengembangkan Kognitif Peserta Didik Sebagai Upaya Untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Di SDN Cawang 04”. Berdasarkan pemaparan di atas, maka penulis merumuskan pertanyaan: pertama, bagaimana bentuk kreativitas guru PAK. Kedua, faktor-faktor apakah yang menghambat kreativitas guru PAK dalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Ketiga, bagaimana upaya meningkatkan kreativitas guru PAK. Adapun maksud dan tujuan penulis ialah: pertama, Untuk mengetahui bentuk kreativitas guru PAK di SDN Cawang 04. Kedua, untuk mendeskripsikan Faktor-faktor apakah yang menghambat kreativitas guru PAK dalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di SDN Cawang 04. Ketiga, untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan kreativitas guru PAK di SDN Cawang 04 bagi guru PAK Supaya dapat menerapkan kreativitas di manapun ia mengajar Untuk memperoleh hasil penelitian, penulis mengunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif merupakan penelitian non hipotesis, metode ini dipakai peneliti untuk menggambarkan dan melukiskan fakta atau kenyataan yang ada, agar tujuan dan sasaran yang ditetapkan penulis akan tercapai Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti lakukan dengan melakukan wawancara, angket pertanyaan, observasi dan dokumentasi. Wawancara adalah proses memperoleh keterangan untuk tujuan Peneliti dengan cara tanya jawab, sambil bertatap muka antara si penanya dengan si penjawab, dengan menggunakan alat yang interview guide (panduan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian dijelaskan bahwa: pertama, Guru PAK kurang memiliki kreativitas di dalam mengajar. Hal itu ditandai dengan penggunaan metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan seperti ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, sehingga PBM menjadi membosankan dan kurang menantang. Tingkat pemahaman yang kurang dalam menerima materi masih dirasakan oleh beberapa peserta didik, bahkan rasa bosan dalam mengikuti pelajaran masih dialami oleh para peserta didik. Kedua, Faktor yang menghambat kreativitas dalam pembelajaran bebrapa diantaranya latar belakang peserta didik yang berbeda dan dengan adanya peserta didik abk 3 orang yang dicampur dengan peserta didik yang normal pada umumnya. Ketiga, dari hasil penelitian dengan Kepala Sekolah terkait dengan peningkatan kreativitas guru PAK,Kepala Sekolah sudah melakukan tahap pelaksanaan supervisi bahkan mengevaluasi guru PAK terkait dengan PBM di kelas dan sudah menyediakan fasilitas untuk mengikuti seminar-seminar dan diklat-diklat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas guru. Namun hal tersebut hampir tidak memberi pengaruh apa-apa terkait dengan kreativitas guru PAK di SD Negeri Cawang 04. Kata Kunci : Guru, PAK, Peserta didik, Kreativitas, Kognitif, Prestasi. In any education system and process, the teacher still plays an important role. Students may not learn on their own without the guidance of teacher who are able to carry out their duties well. Teacher are not just teaching, using various methods or using diverse learning media, but what is needed here is how teacher can have creativity in themselves and develop their creativity through presenting interesting material so that it can shape and arouse love and interest. Based on the description, the researcher was interested in researching " Christian Religious Education Teacher Creativity in Developing Student Cognitive as an Effort to Improve Learning Achievement in SDN Cawang 04". Based on the explanation above, the writer formulated the question: first, what is the form of creativity of Christian Religious Education teacher. Second, what factors hinder the creativity of Christian Religious Education teacher in the learning process of Christian Education. The third is how to improve the creativity of Christian Religious Education teacher. The aims and objectives of the author are: first, to find out the form of Christian Religious Education teacher creativity in SD Cawang 04. Second, to describe what factors hinder the creativity of Christian Religious Education teacher in the learning process of Christian Education at SDN Cawang 04. Third, to find out how to improve the creativity of Christian Religious Education teacher at SDN Cawang 04 for Christian Religious Education teacher In order to be able to apply creativity, at wherever he teacher To obtain the results of the study, the author uses qualitative research methods using a descriptive approach is a non-hypothesis research, this method is used by researchers to describe and describe the facts or facts that exist, so that the goals and objectives set by the author will be achieved. By interviewing, question questionnaire, observation and documentation. The interview is the process of obtaining information for the purpose of the Researcher by means of questioning and answering, face to face between the questioner and the answerer, using an interview guide tool. From the results of the study it was explained that: first, Christian Religious Education Teacher lacked of creativity in teaching. This was marked by the use of applied learning methods such as lectures, discussions, question and answer, so education teaching and learning became boring and less challenging. The level of understanding that is lacking in receiving material is still felt by some students, even boredom in attending lessons is still experienced by students. Second, factors that hinder creativity in learning are among others the different backgrounds of students and with the presence of 3-year-old students mixed with normal students in general. Third, from the results of research with the Principal related to the increased creativity of Christian Education teacher, the Principal had carried out the supervision stage and even evaluated Christian Religious Education teacher related to teaching and learning process in the classroom and had provided facilities to attend seminars and training aimed at increasing teacher creativity. However, this almost had no effect on the creativity of Christian Religious Education teacher in SD Negeri Cawang 04.
