Abstract

Latar belakang: Infertilitas adalah kegagalan untuk mencapai kehamilan yang sukses setelah melakukan hubungan seksual 2-3 kali seminggu tanpa kontrasepsi. Infertilitas dapat disebabkan akibat faktor pria dan wanita. Fertilisasi In Vitro (IVF) adalah salah satu bentuk pengobatan infertilitas. Prosedur yang dilakukan dengan cara menstimulasi ovarium, kemudian mengambil oosit yang akan diinkubasi setelah itu di fertilisasi. Kemudian, penyuntikkan sperma dan perkembangan embrio. Tujuan Penelitian: Mengetahui angka keberhasilan fertilisasi dan embriogenesis pada kelompok normo-responder di Morula IVF Jakarta periode Januari 2018 – Desember 2018. Metode Penelitian: Menggunakan analisis secara univariat yang bersifat deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, angka keberhasilan tingkat fertilisasi kelompok >50% tertinggi sebesar 79,9%. Pada kualitas embrio hari ke-3 skor excellent lebih tinggi pada hari ke-5 dibanding hari ke-3 sebesar 39 orang (6,2%). Pada kualitas embrio dengan skor good angka tertinggi diraih pada hari ke-3 dibanding hari ke-5 sebesar 569 orang (90,7%). Sedangkan, pada skor moderate, hari ke-3 lebih tinggi dibanding hari ke-5 sebesar 514 orang (82%). Dan pada skor poor, tertinggi pada hari ke-5 sebesar 543 orang (86,6%). Infertility can be caused by male and female factors. In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is a form of infertility treatment. The procedure is carried out by stimulating the ovaries, then taking oocytes which will be incubated after fertilization. Then, sperm injection and embryonic development. Objective: To find out the success rate of fertilization and embryogenesis in the normo-responder group in Morula IVF Jakarta in the period January 2018 - December 2018. Methods: Using univariate analysis that is descriptive. Result: Based on the analysis that has been done, the highest success rate of> 50% group fertilization is 79.9%. On the quality of embryo on the 3rd day the excellent score was higher on the 5th day compared to the 3rd day by 39 people (6.2%). On the quality of embryos with the highest score the highest score was achieved on the 3rd day compared to the 5th day of 569 people (90.7%). Meanwhile, on a moderate score, the 3rd day was higher than the 5th day by 514 people (82%). And on the poor score, the highest on the 5th day was 543 people (86.6%).
