Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisolasi jamur Talaromyces, Fusarium, Scedosporium apiospermum, dan Lomentospora prolificans dari tanah. Pada penelitian ini tanah yang di pakai berasal dari tanah humus yang dijual untuk tanaman hias dan tanah yang diambil dibawah pepohonan di wilayah Jawa. Tanah yang diteliti berjumlah 30 sampel. Dengan menggunakan metode isolasi langsung dan hair bait, dapat diisolasi 59 isolat dan 31 diantaranya adalah jamur Talaromyces (25,4%), Fusarium (6,8%), Scedosporium apiospermum (18,6%), dan Lomentospora prolificans (1,7%). Dengan hasil ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari tanah dapat diisolasi jamur Talaromyces, Fusarium, Scedosporium apiospermum, dan Lomentospora prolificans. Kata kunci : Isolasi, identifikasi, kapang, tanah./This study aimed to isolate fungiTalaromyces, Fusarium, Scedosporium apiospermum, and Lomentospora prolificans from soil. In this study the soil used came from topsoil which was sold for ornamental plants and soil taken under trees in the Java region. The amount of soil studied was 30 samples. Using the method of direct isolation and hair bait, 59 isolates and 31 of them were Talaromyces (25.4%), Fusarium (6.8%), Scedosporium apiospermum (18.6%), and Lomentospora prolificans (1.7 %). With these results it can be concluded that from the soil can be isolated Talaromyces, Fusarium, Scedosporium apiospermum, and Lomentospora prolificans.
