Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hal-hal yang masih kurang yang terdapat di produk panduan supervisi yang digunakan di sekolah Strada dan melengkapi hal-hal yang perlu dikembangkan, menghasilkan sebuah buku panduan pelaksanaan supervisi klinis berpola Paradigma Pedagogik Reflektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian berjenis R&D, dengan menggunakan 8 langkah penelitian; 1) penelitian produk yang sudah ada, 2) studi literatur, 3) desain produk, 4) validasi desain, 5) revisi desain, 6) uji coba terbatas, 7) revisi produk dan 8) penyempurnaan produk akhir. Hasil penelitian menujukkan terdapat beberapa kekurangan yang harus diperbaharui dari buku panduan yang selama ini digunakan sebagai panduan pelaksanaan supervisi di sekolah Strada. Telah dihasilkan sebuah produk berupa buku “Panduan Supervisi Klinis Berpola Paradigma Pedagogik Reflektif” yang terdiri dari 6 bab, berisi teori supervisi klinis dan pembelajaran pola Paradigma Pedagogik Reflektif, petunjuk teknis pelaksanaan supervisi, indikator penilaian, deskripsi penilaian dan instrumen penilaian. Hasil validasi menyatakan bahwa produk buku “Panduan Supervisi Klinis Berpola Paradigma Pedagogik Reflektif” sangat valid, ditunjukkan dengan skor penilaian 185,5 dengan rerata 4,63 serta persentase kelayakan sebesar 92,7% yang menunjukkan bahwa buku panduan sangat layak digunakan sebagai salah satu acuan dalam melaksanakan supervisi klinis. Kata Kunci: supervisi klinis, paradigma pedagogik reflektif, kompetensi guru/This study aims to identify the things that are still lacking in the supervision guidance product used in Strada schools and to complete the things that need to be developed, to produce a manual for implementing clinical supervision that is patterned on the reflective pedagogical paradigm. This is a R&D research or research and development, using 8 research steps; 1) existing product research, 2) literature study. 3) product design, 4) design validation, 5) design revision, 6) limited trials, 7) product revision and 8) final product improvement. The result of the study shows that there are some deficiencies that must be updated form the guidebook which so far has been used as a guide for implementing supervision in Strada schools. There’s a product produced in the form of a book entitled “Guidelines for clinical supervision patterned on reflective pedagogical paradigm” consisting of six chapters, which are the theory of clinical supervision and learning pattern of reflective pedagogical paradigm, technical guidelines for supervision, assessment indicators, assessment description, and assessment instruments. Validation results state that the product is very valid indicated by an assessment score of 185,5 with a mean of 4.63 and a percentage of eligibility of 92,7% which shows that the guide book is very worthy of being used as one of reference in carrying out the clinical supervision.
