Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui komposisi seluruh jenis tumbuhan yang memiliki habitus perdu dan pohon dan untuk mengetahui spesies tumbuhan yang bernilai kultur tinggi yang ditemukan di hutan alam Partukkoan Sioma, Kecamatan Simanindo, Kabupaten Samosir. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2018. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode petak kuadrat. Hasil analisis vegetasi tingkat pohon ditemukan 33 spesies pohon yang terkelompok dalam 27 famili dan ditemukan 5 spesies perdu yang terkelompok dalam 5 famili. Hasil analisis vegetasi berdasarkan Indeks Nilai Penting, tingkat semai terbanyak yaitu spesies Litsea odorifera sebesar 65%. Tingkat pancang diperoleh spesies Vitex glabrata 28%. Tingkat tiang Vitex glabrata dengan nilai INP 63%. Tingkat pohon spesies Quercus gemelliflora dengan INP 59%. Tingkat perdu spesies Dracena angustifolia lebih menonjol dengan INP 58%. Berdasarkan Indeks Keanekaragaman Jenis (H’) tingkat semai memiliki nilai keanekaragaman 1,962. Pada tingkat pancang dengan nilai 2,825. Tingkat tiang dengan nilai 2,564, kemudian diikuti oleh tingkat pohon dengan nilai 2,322 dan tingkat perdu 1,564. Semua spesies pada tingkat pertumbuhan memiliki nilai keanekaragaman yang sama yaitu tergolong pada kemelimpahan yang sedang. Kekayaan jenis yang ditemukan di hutan alam Partukkoan Sioma yaitu kekayaan jenisnya tinggi karena nilai kekayaannya lebih dari 4 dan kemerataan jenis dalam komunitasnya stabil karena nilai kemerataannya mendekati angka 1. Kata Kunci : Analisis Vegetasi, Litsea odorifera, Hutan Partukkoan, Sioma, Keanekaragaman tumbuhan The aim of the study was to determine the composition of all plant species that have shrub habitus and trees and to find out which plant species are of high cultural value found in the natural forest of Partukkoan Sioma, Simanindo District, Samosir Regency. The study was conducted in April 2018. Data was carried out using the square plot method. The results of the inventory of tree-level vegetation analysis found 33 tree species grouped in 27 families and found 5 species of shrubs grouped in 5 families. The results of vegetation analysis based on the Important Value Index, the highest seedling level, namely Litsea odorifera species at 65%. Sapling level, 28% of the Vitex glabrata species was obtained. Pole level Vitex glabrata with an INP value of 63%. Level of the tree species Quercus gemelliflora with INP 59%. Shrub level, Dracena angustifolia species is more prominent with INP 58%. Based on the Species Diversity Index (H ') the seedling level has a diversity value of 1.962. At the stake level with a value of 2.825. Pole level with a value of 2.564, then followed by a tree level with a value of 2.322 and a level of 1.564 shrubs. All species at the growth rate have the same diversity value which is classified as moderate abundance. Species riches found in the natural forests of Partukkoan Sioma are high species richness because the value of their wealth is more than 4 and evenness of species in the community is stable because their evenness value is close to 1.
