Abstract
Pola makan sering diartikan sebagai kebiasaan makan seseorang setiap harinya. Pola makan merupakan perilaku yang paling penting dalam hal memilih makanan karena dapat mempengaruhi keadaan gizi seseorang. Hal ini disebabkan karena kuantitas dan kualitas makanan dan minuman yang dikonsumsi akan mempengaruhi tingkat kesehatan individu dan masyarakat. Hal utama yang mempengaruhi pola makan ialah pengetahuan gizi. Tingkat pengetahuan gizi seseorang dapat mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku dalam memilih makanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan gizi dengan pola makan siswa SMA Budhi Warman 1 kelas XI tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Pengambilan data penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 21-23 Mei 2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan desain potong melintang (cross sectional). Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMA Budhi Warman 1 sejumlah 570 siswa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 95 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara pengetahuan gizi dengan pola makan siswa SMA Budhi Warman 1 dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,454. Koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,801 menunjukkan besarnya nilai hubungan dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,642 menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh antara pengetahuan gizi terhadap pola makan. Persamaan regresi yang didapatkan adalah Y= 37.297+2.160X, X merupakan pengetahuan gizi dan Y merupakan pola makan siswa. Diet most important thing was the behavior of choosing food because it can affected someone nutritional state. This was because quantity and quality of foods and drinks they consumed would affect the individuals and society health’s level. The main thing that affects diet was nutritional knowledge. Someone nutritional knowledge level could affecting their attitudes and behavior in choosing food. This study aims was to determine the relation between nutritional knowledge and eating habits of the 1Ith grade students, class of 2017/2018 of Budhi Warman 1 High School. Research data was collected on May 21-23 2018. The research method used was survey method with cross sectional design. The research population was all students of Budhi Warman 1 High School with a total of 570 students and total sample of 95 students. The sampling was taken using purposive sampling technique. Research data was obtained using questionnaires. Technique of data analysis was used simple linear regression test. The results of this research was indicating a positive relation between nutritional knowledge and eating habits of students with a regression coefficient of 0.454. The correlation coefficient was 0.801, showed the connection’s value, and the coefficient of determination was 0.642, showed the relation between nutritional knowledge and eating habits. The regression equation obtained was Y=37.297+2.160X, X was nutrition knowledge and Y was the student's diet. Keywords: eating habits, food, behavior, health
