Abstract

Figure of a leader is a crucial to get public trust, because leaderships is the ability to influence other, so other force accordance the leader purpose, while authority is the right to be base to control and ruled other, that’s why resesearcher interested to research about impact of figures leader to publoic trust Statement of the problem that discusses in this research is; is there any influence of Candidate figure influence governor to trust public in the pilkada the year 2017 in dki Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to know the Candidate figure influence governor to trust public in the pilkada the year 2017 in dki Jakarta. This research used act reason (Theory X and Theory Y). The method that used in the research quantitative method survey approach sample. Collecting technique, probability sampling to the public sub-district Cawang. Hypothesis testing in this research is using to SPSS 20. Where the rhitung score the obtained in this research is 0,732 located in 0,80 – 1,000 level. Result show any impact between figure and trust, rhitung with rtable that attached in this skripsi shows that rhitung (0,732) > rtable (0,126) in the significant rating 0,05. So it can be known that the result of this research shows that there is any significant influence between the two variables, which means the statement for the statistic hypothesis examination Ha is approved which declare there is strong influence “Pengaruh Figur Calon Gubernur Terhadap Kepercayaan Masyarakat Dalam Peilihan Kepala Daerah Tahun 2017 di DKI Jakarta. It’s meaning there is influence. From result we can concluded the most important variable is image. This study discusses the behavior of choosing a community that is influenced by the level of public confidence in choosing a candidate figure of governor of public confidence in the election of regional heads 2017 in DKI Jakarta.
