Abstract

The role of higher education in this global era is to prepare the younger generation to have the hard skills and soft skills. To achieve this, it is necessary to use technology as efficiently as possible in education and learning. This paper aims to examine the challenges faced by universities in facing the world of VUCA and the role of higher education leaders in dealing with them. Writing this paper using the literature review method through studies from various literature.
