Abstract

Perkembangan adalah proses perubahan yang berhubungan dengan perilaku dan ciri sifat untuk menjelaskan perilaku tambahan yang lebih optimal. Penelitian ini berjudul gambaran tugas perkembangan siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 234 Jakarta Timur dengan sempel 284 responden. Peneliti dilakukan dengan menggunakan Inventori Tugas Perkembangan (ITP) untuk 10 aspek, yaitu (1) Landasan hidup religius; (2) Landasan perilaku etis; (3) Kematangan emosional; (4) Kematangan emosional; (5) Kesadaran tanggung jawab; (6) Peran sosial sebagai pria atau wanita; (7) Penerimaan diri dan pengebangannya; (8) Kemandirian perilaku ekonomis; (9) Wawasan dan persiapan karir; (10) Kematangan hubungan dengan teman sebaya aspek. Keseluruhan siswa berada pada posisi di antara konfirmasi dan sadar diri yang dimana siswa telah menyadari dengan baik, oleh sebab itu program bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dapat memberi peluang bagi siswa melaluli perspektif diri yang mampu melihat keberagaman dalam kehidupan mereka sebagai remaja Kata Kunci: Tugas perkembangan siswa SMP Development is a process of change that is related to behavior and traits to explain additional behavior that is more optimal. This study entitled an overview of the development tasks of class VII students of SMP Negeri 234 East Jakarta with 284 respondents. Researchers carried out using the Development Task Inventory (ITP) for 10 aspects, namely (1) The foundation of religious life; (2) The foundation of ethical behavior; (3) emotional maturity; (4) emotional maturity; (5) Awareness of responsibility; (6) Social role as male or female; (7) Self-acceptance and refinement; (8) Independence of economic behavior; (9) Career insight and preparation; (10) Maturity of relationships with peers aspects. All students are in the position between confirmation and self-awareness which students have been well aware of, therefore guidance and counseling programs in schools can provide opportunities for students to go through self-perspectives that are able to see diversity in their lives as teenagers Keywords: The task of developing junior high school students
