Abstract
The aim of the research is to study the relationship between work conflict and work motivation with the performance of employees This research was conducted at Student Employee Graduate Jakarta Transportation department with a simple random sample (purposive sample). The research concludes that there are significan correlation between; 1). conflict working with the performance of employee 2). motivation to work with performance karyawan.3). work conflict, work motivation together with the performance of employee. Moreover, there is significan correlation between workplace conflict and motivation to work with the performance of the employee by intervening variable of educational MM Transport
