Abstract
Mioma Uteri merupakan salah satu penyakit sistem reproduksi yang sering terjadi pada wanita dan penyebabnya belum diketahui secara pasti. Berdasarkan data WHO, penyebab angka kematian ibu karena Mioma Uteri tahun 2010 sebanyak 22 (1,95%), 2011 sebanyak 21 (2,04%) , di Indonesia sebanyak 2,39- 11, 7 %, sedangkan data dari Ruang Cempaka RSU UKI selama satu tahun terakhir dari bulan Januari- Desember 2018 sebanyak 19 pasien (5.93%). Pasien Mioma Uteri biasanya mengalami nyeri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien Mioma Uteri dengan tindakan teknik relaksasi napas dalam dengan metode studi kasus dan pendekatan proses keperawatan meliputi wawancara, observasi dan pendokumentasian serta membandingkan tingkat keberhasilan pada 2 pasien. Penelitian dilakukan selama 3 hari pada pasien 1 dan 2 hari pada pasien 2. Diagnosa keperawatan yang diangkat pada kedua pasien adalah nyeri berhubungan dengan radang pada uterus akibat tumor. Dilakukan tindakan keperawatan mandiri yaitu mengajarkan teknik relaksasi napas dalam pada kedua pasien dan hasil yang ditemukan adalah masalah nyeri teratasi, skala nyeri 2 dan tindakan kolaborasi yaitu memberikan obat analgesik. Untuk meningkatkan keberhasilan dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan diperlukan dukungan dan kerja sama antara pasien, keluarga, dan tim kesehatan. Kata kunci: Mioma Uteri, Nyeri, Teknik Relakasi Tarik Napas Dalam Mioma Uteri is one of the diseases of the reproductive system that often occurs in women and its causes are not known for sure. The purpose of this research is to provide nursing care in Mioma Uteri patients with the action of deep breath relaxation techniques with case study methods and the approach of nursing process including interviews, observations and documentation and Comparing the level of success in 2 patients. The study was conducted for 3 days in patients 1 and 2 days in patients 2. The treatment diagnosis raised in both patients is pain related to the inflammation of the uterus due to tumors. Performed a self-treatment action that teaches deep breath relaxation techniques in both patients and the results found are pain problems resolved, pain scale 2 and collaboration action is to give analgesic medication.
