Abstract
Permasalahan banjir masih menjadi isu lingkungan yang terjadi hampir setiap tahun serta memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap kondisi lingkungan sekitarnya. Genangan air yang terjadi di kawasan permukiman jalan Tebet Barat Raya dipengaruhi oleh curah hujan dengan intensitas tinggi, perbedaan dimensi saluran pada bagian hulu dan hilir, serta letak permukiman yang berada di daerah cekung, yang menyebabkan sistem drainase melampaui kapasitas tampungnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menghitung kapasitas debit saluran yang sudah ada (Qkap) guna menampung debit hujan yang direncanakan (Qhjn). Penelitian ini dilakukan di kawasan Jalan Tebet Barat Raya, Jakarta Selatan, dengan total panjang saluran drainase sekitar 1.505 m. Selain itu, ukuran luas wilayah tangkapan (Catchment Area) diperoleh melalui pemanfaatan Software Global Mapper 22, yang didasarkan pada data Digital Elevation Model SRTM. Berdasarkan hasil analisis hidrologi dengan menggunakan metode distribusi Gumbel didapatkan intensitas hujan periode ulang 10 tahun (I10tahun) = 81.83 mm/jam, debit hujan rencana pada periode ulang 10 tahun (Qhjn) = 28.57 m3/detik dan waktu konsentrasi (tc) = 1,120 jam. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa debit hujan lebih kecil dibandingkan debit kapasitas saluran eksisiting, sehingga dinyatakan tidak meluap. Debit hujan rencana yang lebih kecil dari debit kapasitas saluran eksisting menunjukkan bahwa banjir terjadi karena banyak sampah, sedimentasi dan saluran yang tidak beraturan. Kata kunci: Banjir, Debit Hujan Rencana, Drainase, Kapasitas Saluran. / Flooding remains an environmental issue that occurs almost every year and has a major impact on the surrounding environment. Flooding in the residential area of Jalan Tebet Barat Raya is influenced by high rainfall intensity, differences in channel dimensions between the upstream and downstream sections, and the location of the residential area in a concave area, which causes the drainage system to exceed its capacity. Therefore, this study aims to analyze and calculate the existing channel discharge capacity (Q capacity) to accommodate the planned rainfall discharge (Q rainfall). This study was conducted in the Tebet Barat Raya area, South Jakarta, with a total drainage channel length of approximately 1,505 m. In addition, the catchment area was obtained using Global Mapper 22 software, based on SRTM Digital Elevation Model data. Based on the results of hydrological analysis using the Gumbel distribution method, the 10-year return period rainfall intensity (I10years) = 81.83 mm/hour, the planned rainfall discharge for a 10-year return period (Qrain) = 28.57 m3/second, and the concentration time (tc) = 1.120 hours. The analysis results show that the rainfall discharge is smaller than the existing channel capacity discharge, so it is declared not to overflow. The planned rainfall discharge that is smaller than the existing channel capacity discharge indicates that flooding occurs due to a lot of trash, sedimentation, and irregular channels.
