Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi tradisi Rasulan dalam perspektif Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) sebagai strategi Pembinaan Warga Gereja (PWG) di Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah adanya ketegangan antara pelestarian identitas budaya lokal dengan pemeliharaan kemurnian iman Kristen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (mixed methods) dengan desain sequential exploratory (QUAL-quan). Tahap kualitatif dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi untuk mengeksplorasi makna teologis tradisi Rasulan, yang kemudian divalidasi melalui tahap kuantitatif menggunakan survei terhadap warga gereja. Hasil penelitian tahap kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa tradisi Rasulan dimaknai oleh warga gereja sebagai preparatio evangelica (persiapan Injil) yaitu sarana pengungkapan syukur teologis dan etos sosial kebersamaan. Temuan tahap kuantitatif mengonfirmasi bahwa: (1) Pemaknaan teologis dan praksis (X-1) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap penguatan iman; (2) Kontekstualisasi nilai PAK (X-2) berkontribusi kuat dalam membumikan ajaran Alkitab; dan (3) Strategi PWG berbasis kearifan lokal (X-3) merupakan faktor paling dominan (f2 = 0,185). Kebaruan (novelty) penelitian ini terletak pada konstruksi model "Tiga Pilar Kontekstual Transformatif" (Tematik, Partisipatif, dan Aksi Nyata) yang mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal secara kritis, reflektif dan tranformatif ke dalam struktur pembinaan gerejawi. Berbeda dengan pendekatan sebelumnya yang cenderung menolak atau menerima budaya secara mentah, model ini menawarkan sintesis teologis yang menjaga ortodoksi iman sekaligus memperkuat ortopraksis sosial. Implementasi model ini terbukti memberikan kontribusi sebesar 64,6% terhadap penguatan iman warga gereja, yang menjadikannya strategi efektif untuk gereja di wilayah multikultural. Kata Kunci: Tradisi Rasulan, Pendidikan Agama Kristen, Pembinaan Warga Gereja, Kearifan Lokal, Tiga Pilar Transformatif. / This study aims to analyze the integration of the Rasulan tradition within the perspective of Christian Religious Education (CRE) as a strategy for Church Member Development (CMD) in Gunungkidul Regency. The primary challenge addressed is the tension between preserving local cultural identity and maintaining the purity of the Christian faith. This research employs a mixed-methods approach with a sequential exploratory design (QUAL-quan). The qualitative phase involved in-depth interviews and observations to explore the theological significance of the Rasulan tradition, which was subsequently validated through a quantitative phase using a survey of church members. The qualitative findings indicate that the Rasulan tradition is perceived by church members as preparatio evangelica (Gospel preparation) namely a means of expressing theological gratitude and social ethos of togetherness. The quantitative results confirm that: (1) Theological and praxis meaning (X-1) has a significant positive effect on strengthening faith; (2) Contextualization of CRE values (X-2) contributes strongly to grounding Biblical teachings; and (3) Local wisdom-based CMD strategies (X-3) are the most dominant factor (f 2 = 0.185). The novelty of this research lies in the construction of the "Three Contextual Transformative Pillars" model (Thematic, Participatory, and Real Action), which integrates local wisdom critically, reflektively, and tranformatively into the ecclesiastical development structure. Unlike previous approaches that tended to either reject or blindly accept culture, this model offers a theological synthesis that preserves the orthodoxy of faith while strengthening social orthopraxy. The implementation of this model contributed 64.6% to the strengthening of church members' faith, establishing it as an effective strategy for churches in multicultural regions.
