Abstract
Along with the development of fisheries ( with a cage ) , the reservoir until now has been occupied by at Cirata there are 67,000 KJA with a business volume of more than Rp 2.5 trillion. Ironically, almost all the houses are electrified drawn from land that is by pulling a cable from the cable ashore and placed at the bottom of the reservoir. It is not safe either to the community or the environment , for which we were trying to find a way out by placing a Hybrid power plants , namely the combination of windmill with solar panels . Today many types of windmills , but in general the windmill consists of a horizontal axis windmills . Electricity needs of each cage is very varied , if only for lighting certainly not too much, but when using a television , a refrigerator and an electric water pump would need to be big , to the generation capacity tailored to the needs of users. In this design , the planned power plants in the home who has the following equipment : lighting using LED lights DC 12 Volt 5 Watt as much as 6 pieces = 30 Watt, Equipment using electric AC 220 Volt , 100 Watt television = 43 Ah , the water pump 125 Watt = 31.4 Ah , refrigerator 100 Watt = 33.32 Ah . Total use of electric current in a day 137,72Ah . If taken losses of 15% , then the total utilization : 1.15 x 137.72 = 158.38 Ah Ah so it is rounded up to 160 Ah . From these calculations it used 200 Ah battery or two batteries each 100 Ah . If using 2 sheets of solar panels of 100 Wp each , assuming undergo a full battery charge 10 hours a day then the resulting electrical
