Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi lobi dan negosiasi dalam mengembangkan hubungan yang baik dengan unit Pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) pada PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) sehingga dapat menjalin kerjasama yang baik. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Persuasi. Subjek penelitian klien PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, mendalam wawancara dilakukan oleh divisi Human Capital Development. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi negosiasi divisi Human Capital Development dalam meyakinkan unit Pendidikan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan untuk mencapai kesepakatan dan dari masalah penelitian, penulis merumuskan masalah pokok sebagai berikut “Bagaimana strategi negosiasi yang dilakukan PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus dalam melakukan kerjasama dengan unit Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan? Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus berupa uraian wawancara dan penjelasan komperhensif mengenai berbagai aspek. Hasil penelitian yang didapat dengan strategi negosiasi yang digunakan oleh divisi Human Capital Development yaitu win-win solutions, masing-masing pihak tidak ada yang dirugikan atau sama-sama untung. Kata kunci: Strategi, Negosiasi, Kerjasama, Kesepakatan, Win-Win Solutions ABSTRACT This study aims to find out how lobbying and negotiation strategies are in developing good relations with the Vocational High School Education unit (SMK) at PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) so that they can establish good cooperation. The concept used in this research is persuasion. The research subject of the client of PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) collects data obtained through observation, in-depth interviews conducted by the Human Capital Development division. The purpose of this study was to determine the negotiation strategy of the Human Capital Development division in believing the Vocational Secondary Education unit to reach an agreement and from the research problem, the authors formulated the main problem as follows "How is the negotiation strategy carried out by PT. Indonesia Comnets Plus in collaborating with the Vocational High School unit? In this study, the author uses a qualitative method with the type of case study research in the form of explanations and comprehensive explanations of various aspects. The results of the study were that by negotiating the strategy used by the Human Capital Development division, namely a win-win solution, neither party was harmed or both benefited.
