Abstract
Loyalitas merupakan sikap kesetiaan yang ditunjukkan oleh seseorang melalui pelayanan maupun tanggung jawab dengan perilaku terbaik. Loyalitas tidak terwujud dapat disebabkan dari kompensasi yang kurang jelas dan lingkungan kerja yang kurang nyaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) hubungan kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. Royal Trust Futures, (2) hubungan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. Royal Trust Futures, (3) hubungan kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap loyalitas karyawan PT. Royal Trust Futures. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan jabatan marketing PT. Royal Trust Futures sebanyak 30 karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kueisoner. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi Rank Sperman dan korelasi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan siginifikan dan positif antara kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan diperoleh koefisien korelasi rank sperman sebesar 0,441 dan hasil siginifikan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. (2) terdapat hubungan signifikan dan positif antara lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan diperoleh koefisien korelasi rank sperman sebesar 0,853 dan hasil signifikan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. (3) terdapat hubungan signifikan dan positif antara kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan diperoleh koefisien korelasi berganda pearson product moment (PMM) sebesar 0,801. Kata kunci : kompensasi, lingkungan kerja non fisik, loyalitas karyawan/Loyalty is an attitude of loyalty shown by someone through service and responsibility with the best behavior. Loyalty not being realized can be caused by unclear compensation and an uncomfortable work environment. This research aims to determine: (1) the relationship between compensation and employee loyalty at PT. Royal Trust Futures, (2) the relationship between the non-physical work environment and employee loyalty at PT. Royal Trust Futures, (3) the relationship between compensation and non-physical work environment on PT employee loyalty. Royal Trust Futures. This research uses a quantitative approach, the sampling method used in this research is the purposive sampling method. The sample for this research is employees in marketing positions at PT. Royal Trust Futures has 30 employees. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method was carried out using Sperm Rank correlation analysis and multiple correlation. The results of this research show that (1) there is a significant and positive relationship between compensation and employee loyalty with a rank sperman correlation coefficient of 0.441 and a significant result of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. (2) there is a significant and positive relationship between the non- physical work environment and employee loyalty with a rank sperman correlation coefficient of 0.853 and a significant result of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. (3) there is a significant and positive relationship between compensation and employee loyalty with a multiple Pearson product moment (PMM) correlation coefficient of 0.801.
