Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi dan isu keberlanjutan menjadi tantangan sekaligus peluang dalam perancangan lingkungan akademik di kawasan urban. Skripsi ini merancang masterplan Kampus Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI) Cawang di Jakarta Timur dengan pendekatan Sustainable Smart Campus sebagai respons terhadap kebutuhan akan lingkungan kampus yang adaptif, efisien, dan ramah lingkungan. Pendekatan ini mengintegrasikan prinsip keberlanjutan dalam tata guna lahan, efisiensi energi, pengelolaan air, serta desain ruang terbuka hijau, sekaligus memanfaatkan teknologi pintar untuk meningkatkan kualitas interaksi, keamanan, dan kenyamanan civitas akademika. Metodologi yang digunakan mencakup studi literatur, analisis tapak, observasi langsung, dan wawancara dengan stakeholder kampus, yang kemudian dituangkan dalam bentuk perencanaan zonasi, sirkulasi, dan infrastruktur kampus. Hasil rancangan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan masterplan berbasis smart and sustainable principles mampu menciptakan lingkungan kampus yang tidak hanya responsif terhadap tantangan urban masa kini, tetapi juga mendukung terciptanya ekosistem pendidikan yang inklusif, kolaboratif, dan berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: masterplan kampus, sustainable smart campus, perancangan tapak, lingkungan akademik, urban Jakarta / The rapid advancement of technology and the growing urgency of sustainability issues present both challenges and opportunities in the design of academic environments within urban settings. This thesis proposes a masterplan for the Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI) Campus in Cawang, East Jakarta, employing a Sustainable Smart Campus approach. This approach integrates sustainability principles—such as land use efficiency, energy conservation, water management, and the development of green open spaces—with smart technology applications aimed at enhancing interaction, safety, and comfort for the academic community. The methodology includes literature reviews, site analysis, direct observation, and interviews with campus stakeholders, resulting in a comprehensive spatial plan encompassing zoning, circulation, and campus infrastructure. The design demonstrates that implementing a smart and sustainable masterplan can create a campus environment that not only responds to contemporary urban challenges but also fosters an inclusive, collaborative, and resilient academic ecosystem.
