Abstract

Proyek The Aspen Residence Tower D ini Mengingat kompleksitas bangunan, proyek ini dapat dianggap memiliki sejumlah potensi bahaya. dengan jumlah 23 lantai dan basman 2 lantai jadi total 25 lantai, ditambah lagi Tower A,B,C sudah berpenghuni jadi sangat berbahaya jika ada orang yang berlalu lalang pada saat aktivitas pekerjaan. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengetahui analisis risiko kecelakaan kerja yang berpotensi terjadi pada proyek, maka perlu dilakukan analisis risiko. Referensi standar OHSAS 18001:2007 digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Untuk mengidentifikasi risiko dalam penelitian ini, kuesioner survei pendahuluan disebarkan untuk mengumpulkan informasi mengenai kejadian risiko yang relevan dengan kondisi lapangan. Kuesioner survei utama kemudian dibagikan untuk memastikan probabilitas dan tingkat keparahan berdasarkan pendapat pihak yang terkait pada proses pemasangan precast dinding fasade. Untuk mengidentifikasi risiko kecelakaan kerja yang paling signifikan, kemudian dilakukan penilaian risiko dengan menentukan probabilitas dan tingkat keparahannya. Matriks analisis risiko kemudian diperoleh. Setelah itu, risiko utama dikaji lebih dalam mengenai penyebab, dampak dan pengendaliannya dengan menggunakan Metode Analisis Bowtie. Risiko dengan kriteria Moderate risk terdapat 3 risiko yaitu risiko polusi debu, risiko luka bakar dan risiko pekerja terpapar sinar UV, selanjutnya risiko dengan kriteria High risk terdapat 7 risiko yaitu risiko tangan terjepit, risiko tertimpa chain block, risiko kaki terjepit, risiko tangan tergores, risiko tersetrum listrik, risiko cidera mata akibat pengelasan, dan risiko paparan gas berbahaya, selanjutnya risiko dengan kriteria ekstrem risk terdapat 2 risiko yaitu precast jatuh dan risiko pekerja jatuh dari ketinggian. Maka dari itu dengan risiko dengan kriteria ekstrim risk akan di analisis dengan menggunakan bowtie analysis Kata kunci: Analisis risiko, Kecelakaan kerja, Likelihood, Severity, Matriks risiko, Metode bowtie analysis / The Aspen Residence Tower D project can be said to be a project that has a variety of potential risks considering that this building is very complex with a total of 23 floors and 2 floors of basman so a total of 25 floors, plus Tower A, B, C are inhabited so it is very dangerous if there are people passing by during work activities. Therefore, to find out the risk analysis of work accidents that could potentially occur on the project, it is necessary to conduct a risk analysis. The OHSAS 18001:2007 standard reference is used in this study. To identify the risks in this study, a preliminary survey questionnaire was distributed to gather information regarding risk events relevant to the field conditions. The main survey questionnaire was then distributed to ascertain the probability and severity based on the opinions of the parties involved in the precast facade wall installation process. To identify the most significant occupational accident risks, a risk assessment was conducted by determining their probability and severity. A risk analysis matrix was then obtained. After that, the main risks are studied more deeply regarding the causes, impacts and controls using the Bowtie Analysis Method. Risks with Moderate risk criteria there are 3 risks, namely the risk of dust pollution, the risk of burns and the risk of workers being exposed to UV rays, then the risk with High risk criteria there are 7 risks, namely the risk of pinched hands, the risk of falling on chain blocks, the risk of pinched feet, the risk of scratching hands, the risk of electric shock, the risk of eye injury due to welding, and the risk of exposure to hazardous gases, then the risk with extreme risk criteria there are 2 risks, namely falling precast and the risk of workers falling from a height. Therefore, risks with extreme risk criteria will be analyzed using bowtie analysis. Keywords: Risk analysis, Work accident, Likelihood, Severity, Risk matrix, Bowtie analysis method.
