Abstract
Tefbana, Abraham 2023, Peran Kepemimpinan Pendidikan Kristen Dalam Pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi Untuk Meningkatkan Peringkat Hasil Akreditasi Sekolah Tinggi Teologi di Kota Tangerang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa, mengidentifikasi dan mensintesis peran kepemimpinan pendidikan kristen dalam melaksanakan tata kelola lembaga dan tri dharma perguruan tinggi untuk meningkatkan peringkat hasil akreditasi Sekolah Tinggi Teologi di kota Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam adalah metode kualitatif dengan rancangan multi kasus, analisis dengan pendekatan induktif. Pengumpulan data melalui mewawancarai informan, yaitu ketua Sekolah Tinggi Teologi, ketua Badan Penjaminan Mutu Internal dan kepala program studi strata satu teologi dan pendidikan agama Kristen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan peran ketua Sekolah Tinggi Teologi, Badan Penjaminan Mutu Internal, dan kepala program studi dalam melaksanakan tata kelola lembaga dan pelaksanaan tri dharma perguruan tinggi untuk meningkatkan peringkat hasil akreditasi masih perlu ditingkatkan. Selain itu ditemukan juga masalah-masalah mendasar sebagai penghambat pelaksanaan tata kelola lembaga dan tri dharma perguruan tinggi, yaitu pergeseran paradigma, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, dan keterbatasan dana. Kata kunci: Peran kepemimpinan pendidikan Kristen, pelaksanaan tri dharma dan meningkatkan hasil akreditasi. / Tefbana, Abraham 2023, The role of Christian Educational Leadership in implementing the Tri Dharma of higher education to improve the accreditation rankings of Theological Seminaries in Tangerang This research aims to enhance the accreditation outcomes ranking for Theological Seminaries in Tangerang through the analysis, identification, and synthesis of the role of Christian Educational Leadership in implementing institutional governance and the Tri Dharma of higher education. The study utilized a qualitative research methodology with a multi-case design and employed an inductive approach to analysis. Data was collected through interviews with key informants, including the heads of the undergraduate theology and Christian religious education programs, the Internal Quality Assurance Agency, and the Theological Seminaries. The research findings suggest that the heads of the Theological Seminaries, the Internal Quality Assurance Agency, and the study program need to make additional improvements in implementing institutional governance and the Tri Dharma of higher education. This implementation will improve the ranking of accreditation results. Furthermore, it was found that paradigm shifts, funding constraints, and human resource constraints pose significant obstacles to implementing institutional governance and the Tri Dharma of higher education.
