Abstract
Churchpreneurship atau wirausaha gereja merupakan konsep baru yang menggabungkan teori kewirausahaan dengan praktik pelayanan gerejawi. Konsep ini menekankan pentingnya gereja dalam mengimplementasikan tiga tugas panggilan gereja (koinonia, marturia, dan diakonia) guna mempersatukan jemaat sebagai tubuh Kristus di bawah kepemimpinan Kristus sebagai Kepala Gereja. Gereja dipandang tidak hanya sebagai institusi spiritual, tetapi juga sebagai rumah kedua yang bertanggung jawab terhadap pertumbuhan iman, karakter, dan kerohanian jemaat. Pendidikan Agama Kristen dalam gereja memiliki peran penting dalam pembinaan dan pemberdayaan jemaat melalui pengajaran, pelatihan, dan program penatalayanan yang terarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi, menyoroti realitas sosial ekonomi jemaat yang beragam, serta pentingnya gereja dalam memperhatikan kebutuhan praktis dan rohani mereka. Churchpreneurship hadir sebagai strategi pemberdayaan melalui pelatihan potensi jemaat, regenerasi penatalayanan, dan pengembangan kurikulum berbasis Alkitab untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran, pelayanan, dan kepemimpinan. Gereja, meskipun berstatus lembaga non-profit, perlu mengelola aspek manajerial, keuangan, misi, dan liturgi secara profesional dan spiritual, dibimbing oleh kuasa Roh Kudus agar tidak terjebak pada nilai-nilai duniawi. Integrasi konsep wirausaha gereja dalam pendidikan iman bertujuan membangun tanggung jawab dan kreativitas, terutama bagi generasi muda, agar mampu menjadi berkat bagi keluarga, sesama, dan komunitas gereja melalui pelayanan yang relevan dan transformatif / Churchpreneurship is a very interesting new term to analyze. The term churchpreneurship means church entrepreneurship. Church entrepreneurship leads entrepreneurship to a church base designed specifically for the church context, which combines entrepreneurial theory with ministry practice. The role of the church's duties and responsibilities must implement the tri-duty of the church to bring the church of God united in the body of Christ and Christ as the head of the great church over the church. The Church carries out God's mission and presents the kingdom of God in the midst of the world and others contained in the trio of vocations of the church. The role of Christian religious education in the church is to grow and develop faith, build character, and develop character and spiritual growth of the congregation through teaching, church service programs, and increasing congregation empowerment. The church is the second home for God's church to foster spiritual growth and spiritual family fellowship so that optimal stewardship needs to be carried out. In this study, a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach is used. Church congregations do not all have strata in the middle to upper class, the church should not only provide spiritual intake but also pay attention to the needs of the struggles they experience by making efforts to empower potential training including equipping the regeneration of ministry. The Church is a non profit institution. Create a curriculum so that the teaching, coaching and training process has a direction, goal and build superior quality according to the vision and mission of the church, an educational institution based on the Bible. Through churchpreneurship (church entrepreneurship) to empower the congregation to be able to manage finances, mission training to be a missionary, pastoral skills to relate to the liturgy and organizing and become a blessing for the family, fellow church members. The Church strengthens stewardship by empowering to optimize stewardship. The leadership, manajement and stewardship of the church must be managed with the guidance of the power of the Holy Spirit so as not to deviate and be worldly. The integration of Christian education within the scope of the church is strengthened through church entrepreneurship in faith development so that the congregation, especially young people, is built a sense of responsibility and potential to work.
