Abstract

Penelitian ini menjelaskan Dampak UNCAC terhadap Kejahatan Keuangan Indonesia pada periode 2016 – 2019. Suatu tindak pidana korupsi termasuk dalam prioritas utama negara. Adapun dampak yang diberikan yaitu merugikan keuangan negara. Dimana Penelitian ini berbasis data sekunder dari jurnal, buku, studi sebelumnya, serta media nasional dan internasional. Menggunakan konsep kepentingan internasional dan bersifat kualitatif. Dampak UNCAC terhadap Indonesia memberikan bentuk-bentuk kerjasama internasional dengan negara-negara G20. Kerjasama Internasional mencakup ekstradisi, bantuan hukum timbal balik, pemindahan narapidana, alih proses hukum, dan penyidikan bersama. Seperti kerjasama KPK dengan organisasi anti korupsi sesuai dengan ratifikasi UNCAC. Dalam 3 periode ini Indonesia berkoalisi dengan negara-negara UNCAC dan berhasil meningkatkan poin barometer korupsi global dari 37 ke 40, walaupun memang prosesnya lambat. Salah satu penyebabnya ialah kementrian lembaga yang belum selaras dan sistem pengadilan belum berorientasi penuh pada pemulihan kerugian negara, dan adanya disparitas hukum. Kata Kunci: UNCAC, Kejahatan Keuangan, Bantuan Hukum Timbal Balik, KPK, Ratifikasi UU / This research explains the Impact of UNCAC on Indonesian Financial Crimes in the 2016-2019. Corruption is included in the country’s top priority. The impact is detrimental to state finances. Where UNCAC is neeed in handling TIPIKOR cases that occur in Indonesia. This research uses secondary data obtained from journals, books, previous research, international media and national media. Uses the concept of international interest and is qualitative in nature. The impact of UNCAC on Indonesia provides forms of international cooperation with G20 countries. International cooperation includes extradition, mutual legal assistance, transfer of prisoners, transfer of legal proceedings and joint investigations. Such as the KPK’s coolaboration with anti-corruption organizations in accordance with UNCAC ratification. In these 3 periods, Indonesia formed a coalition with UNCAC countries and succeeded in increasing the global corruption barometer points from 37 to 40, although the process was slow. One of the causes is that institutional ministries are not yet aligned and the court system is not yet fully oriented towards recovering state losses, and there are legal disparities.
