Abstract
Management of Post-disaster Reconstruction Land is a crucial tool for rehabilitating disaster-affected communities. In Indonesia, technology-based construction management has begun to be employed in implementing disaster rehabilitation. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of technology-based construction management in the implementation of post-disaster building rebuilding in Indonesia. Based on research, numerous significant implications for post-disaster building rebuilding management can be found. Using technology-based construction management has a favorable influence since it results in solid coordination of all associated parties, which benefits the efficacy of reconstruction implementation. The digital technology foundation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and the usage of prefabrication play an essential role in boosting the efficiency and accuracy of rebuilding, which can speed up the process of post-disaster building reconstruction. Integrating BIM and prefabrication will improve the efficiency of producing essential building components. Accelerating reconstruction and supplying disaster-resistant buildings will substantially impact the recovery of disaster-affected communities in Indonesia.
