Abstract

Pemilihan pemasok material secara selektif adalah hal penting yang harus dilakukan oleh kontraktor karena dapat menghemat biaya proyek mengingat kenyataan bahwa lebih dari separuh pengeluaran proyek adalah untuk material sehingga diperlukan manajemen yang tepat dalam pengadaan material. Dalam Penelitian ini dijelaskan tentang faktor-faktor yang menjadi pertimbangan kontraktor dalam memilih pemasok material. Ada empat faktor utama yang dipertimbangkan kontraktor dalam pemilihan pemasok material yaitu kualitas, pengiriman, pelayanan, dan biaya yang kemudian dijabarkan menjadi 19 sub variabel. Dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda diperoleh 3 faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan kontraktor membeli material yaitu jumlah material yang dikirim, tenggang waktu pembayaran, dan keakuratan informasi harga yang diberikan. Diantara faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan pemasok (ketepatan jumlah material yang dikirim, keakuratan informasi harga yang diberikan, dan tenggang waktu pembayaran), diperoleh bahwa kesesuaian material dengan spesifikasi memiliki signifikansi sebesar 0.051 > 0.05. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa secara statistik kesesuaian material dengan spesifikasi tidak berpengaruh secara individu terhadap pemilihan pemasok. Ketepatan jumlah material yang dikirim memiliki signifikansi sebesar 0.005 < 0.05. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa secara statistik ketepatan jumlah material yang dikirim berpengaruh secara individu terhadap pemilihan pemasok. Keakuratan informasi harga yang diberikan memiliki signifikansi sebesar 0.034 < 0.05. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa secara statistik keakuratan informasi harga yang diberikan berpengaruh secara individu terhadap pemilihan pemasok. Tenggang waktu pembayaran memiliki signifikansi sebesar 0.007 < 0.05. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa secara statistik tenggang waktu pembayaran berpengaruh secara individu terhadap pemilihan pemasok. In this study explains the factors to be considered contractor in choosing the material supplier. There are four main factors to be considered in the selection of contractors, namely material supplier quality, delivery, service, and cost which is then translated into 19 sub-variables. By using multiple linear regression obtained 3 factors that influence the decision of the contractor to buy material that is the amount of material being sent, delayed payment, and the accuracy of the information given price. Among the factors that influence supplier selection (accuracy in the amount of material sent, accuracy of price information provided, and payment deadlines), it was found that conformity of material with specifications has a significance of 0.051 > 0.05. This proves that statistically the suitability of materials to specifications does not individually influence supplier selection. The accuracy of the amount of material sent has a significance of 0.005 < 0.05. This proves that statistically the accuracy of the amount of material sent has an individual influence on supplier selection. The accuracy of the price information provided has a significance of 0.034 < 0.05. This proves that statistically the accuracy of the price information provided individually influences supplier selection. The payment grace period has a significance of 0.007 < 0.05.
