Abstract

menyebabkan kerugian bagi masa depan, fenomena perjudian saat ini menjadi permasalahan hukum yang harus dilakukan penegakan hukum dengan maksimal. perjudian online yang sangat terkenal saat ini yaitu perjudian slot online, karena pola permainan yang mudah dan mendapatkan keuntungan yang besar dan memiliki tawaran menarik, Perjudian slot mudah diakses dan selalu dipromosikan dimana saja dan hal itu menyebabkan ketergangguan terhadap masyarakat akan kehadiran di media sosial dalam promosi-promosi perjudian slot online serta penegakan hukum terhadap oknum influencer yang secara sadar dan sah mempromosikan perjudian slot, namun belum ada penegakan hukum. hal ini berkaitan dengan Rumusan masalah dalam skripsi ini yaitu pemidanaanyang ditetapkan oleh hakim terhadap influencer dari promosi judi slot di media sosial dan penegakan hukum dalam pencegahan promosi judi slot di media sosial terhadap masyarakat. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan pemidanaan kepada influencer atas promosi perjudian slot yang mengganggu aktivitas serta penegakan hukum terhadap oknum influencer yang masih berkeliaran diluar sana. / Online gambling is currently widespread on social media and society and causes losses for the future. The gambling phenomenon is currently a legal problem that must be enforced maximally. The online gambling that is very famous at the moment is online slot gambling, because the game pattern is easy and gets big profits and has attractive offers. Slot gambling is easy to access and is always promoted everywhere and this causes disruption to the public due to the presence on social media in promotions. -promotion of online slot gambling as well as law enforcement against certain influencers who consciously and legally promote slot gambling, but there has been no law enforcement. This is related to the formulation of the problem in this thesis, namely the punishment determined by the judge against influencers from promoting slot gambling on social media and law enforcement in preventing the promotion of slot gambling on social media against the public. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of punishments against influencers for the promotion of slot gambling disrupts activities and law enforcement against unscrupulous influencers who are still roaming around out there.
