Abstract

Abstract: Pension rights are one of the rights of employees, employees and workers guaranteed by law in the field of employment. Pension Rights provide guarantees for employees who have reached retirement age and are no longer working to continue receiving employee benefits after no longer working. The difference in calculating pension rights in Law Number 13 of 2003 and Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 results in injustice for retiring employees.
