Abstract

Dengan membuat sayatan pada dinding perut (laparatomi) dan dinding rahim (histerektomi), seksio sesarea memungkinkan pengeluaran fetus secara utuh ketika usia kehamilan melebihi 28 minggu atau berat fetus lebih dari 1000 gram. Jika ibu, bayi, atau keduanya dalam bahaya selama persalinan normal, dilakukan operasi caesar. Komunitas kesehatan global menghadapi krisis baru karena teknik melahirkan dengan seksio sesarea terus meningkat popularitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk lebih memahami profil tekanan darah dan indeks massa tubuh pada ibu hamil primipara yang menjalani operasi caesar dengan anestesi spinal. Para peneliti dalam penelitian deskriptif ini menggunakan data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dari rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Umum Universitas Kristen Indonesia dari tahun 2023 untuk menarik kesimpulan. Di antara 52 pasien yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini, 42 (atau 80,8%) berada dalam kelompok usia 20-35 tahun; pada ibu hamil primipara yang menjalani operasi caesar dengan anestesi spinal, 40,4% mengalami kelebihan berat badan; dan berdasarkan ciri-ciri MAP, 2 pasien (atau 3,8% dari total) mengalami peningkatan nilai MAP, sedangkan sisanya 50 pasien (atau 96,2% dari total) memiliki nilai MAP normal. / When the gestational age is greater than 28 weeks or the fetal weight is more than 1000 grams, this method of removing the fetus with intact circumstances is called sectio caesarea. It involves making an incision in the abdominal wall (laparatomy) and uterine wall (hysterectomy). If the mother, the baby, or both are in danger during a normal delivery, a section caesarean section is performed. A global public health emergency has emerged: the alarming increase in caesarean sections. The researchers set out to learn more about the BMI and BP of first-time mothers having a cesarean section under spinal anesthesia. Secondary data were culled from the medical records of the Indonesian Christian University General Hospital for the period 2023 for this descriptive analysis, which took a retrospective approach. Of the 52 patients included in the study, 42 (or 80.8%) were in the 20-35 age group, 40.4% were overweight, and 3.8% had high MAP values; the remaining 50 (or 96.2% of the total) had normal MAP values. These findings are based on the instrumental midline translucency (IMT) characteristics of first-time mothers having a cesarean section under spinal anesthesia.
