Abstract

Rosna Sipayung. Hubungan Kompetensi Kepribadian dan Komunikasi Interpersonal dengan Kinerja Guru di Lingkungan Yayasan Santa Lusia Virgini Bekasi. Tesis. Program Studi Magister Manajemen Pendidikan Pascasarjana. Universitas Kristen Indonesia Jakarta. 2014. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan kompetensi kepribadian dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan kinerja guru di lingkungan Yayasan Santa Lusia Virgini Bekasi. Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) Apakah terdapat hubungan kompetensi kepribadian dengan kinerja guru di lingkungan Yayasan Santa Lusia Virgini Bekasi, (2) Apakah terdapat hubungan komunikasi interpersonal dengan kinerja guru di lingkungan Yayasan Santa Lusia Virgini Bekasi ,dan (3) Apakah terdapat hubungan kompetesi kepribadian dan komunikasi interpersonal secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru di lingkungan Yayasan Santa Lusia Virgini Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Jumlah sampel yang diambil 42 responden dengan teknik proporsional stratified random sampling dan menggunakan kuesioner untuk memperoleh data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi kepribadian dengan kinerja guru di lingkungan Yayasan Santa Lusia Virgini Bekasi, yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t hitung = 22,322 lebih besar dari t tabel = 2,021, sebesar 86%. Hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan kinerja guru, yang dibuktikan dengan uji t hitung = 12.689 lebih besar dari t tabel = 2,021, sebesar 68%. Hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi kepribadian dan komunikasi interpersonal secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru, yang dibuktikan dengan uji F hitung = 133.658 lebih basar dari F tabel = 4,07, sebesar 94%. Kompetensi kepribadian dan komunikasi interpersonal secara bersama-sama memberikan sumbangan sebesar 94% terhadap kinerja guru di Lingkungan Yayasan Santa Lusia Virgini Bekasi. The purporse of research is knowing is there any correlation between personality competencies and communication interpersonal with teacher’s performance foundation of Santa Lucia Virgini Bekasi. The problem is discussed in the research are: (1) Is there any correlation personality competencies with teacher’s performance at Foundation of Santa Lucia Virgini Bekasi, (2) Is there anycorrletation between communication interpersonal with teacher's performance at Fondation of Santa Lucia Virgini Bekasi, and (3) Is there any correlation between personality competencies and communication interpersonal with teacher’s performance at Fondation of Santa Lusia Virgini Bekasi. This research is used dobble regression analysis. The population of the research is 42 respondents by using random sampling stratified proportional technique and using questioner for getting data. The result of this research found that there is positive and significant correlation between personality competence to teacher’s performance at Foundation of the Santa Lucia Virgini Bekas,t which is proved with the results of T test= 22,322 is bigger than T table =2.021, about 86%. The corrlelation of communication interpersonal is positive and significant to teacher’s performance which is proved with T test =12,689 is bigger than T table =2.021, about 68%. The correlation of personality competences and communication interpersonal is positive and significant to teacher’s performance which is provid with F test = 133.658 is bigger than F table = 4.07, about 94%. Personality competences and communication interpersonal to bought support 94% for teacher’s performance at Foundation of Santa Lucia Virgini Bekasi.
