Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi apakah ada hubungan Motivasi dengan Kinerja Guru, Disiplin Kerja dengan Kinerja Guru, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja secara bersama-sama dengan Kinerja Guru SMK Kota Ambon. Penelitian dilakukan pada tiga SMK di Kota Ambon, yaitu SMK Negeri 1, SMK Negeri 3 dan SMK Negeri 4. Dengan dua Variabel Bebas yaitu Motivasi (X1), dan Disiplin Kerja (X2), sedangkan Kinerja Guru (Y) sebagai Variabel Terikatnya. Penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik korelasional. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data variabel adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi penelitian 240 0rang guru, sampel sebanyak 150 responden dan uji sampel sebanyak 30 orang guru dengan metode pengambilannya adalah simple random sampling atau secara acak, dari tiga SMK di kota Ambon. Dan alat pengumpul data (kuesioner) terdiri dari kinerja guru (variabel Y) 50 pertanyaan, motivasi (variabel X1) 45 pertanyaan dan disiplin kerja (variable X2) 50 pertanyaan untuk reliabilitas instrumen digunakan rumus alpha-Cronbach didapat intrumen yang pertanyaan yang valid variable Y 33 butir, variable X1 30 butir dan variable X2 31 butir. Hasil study menunjukan bahwa, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi dengan Kinerja Guru dengan nilai korelasi (ry1) sebesar 0,331, koefisien signifikansi 0,00, nilai determinisasi (Ry1) = 0,109 yang berarti bahwa 10.9% variasi yang terjadi dalam kecenderungan meningkatnya kinerja guru dapat dipengaruhi oleh motivasi . Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara disiplin Kerja dengan Kinerja Guru dengan nilai korelasi (ry2) sebesar 0.379, koefisien signifikansi 0.00 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, nilai determinasi (Ry2)= 0.143 yang berarti bahwa 14,3 % variasi yang terjadi dalam kecenderungan meningkatnya kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh disiplin kerja. Dari hasil analisis untuk melihat hubungan antara motivasi dan disiplin Kerja secara bersama-sama dengan Kinerja Guru didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat Hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara bersama sama dengan Kinerja Guru dengan nilai korelasi ganda (ry12) sebesar 0.442, koefisien signifikansi sebesar 17.874 dan nilai determinasi (Ry12) sebesar 0.196 yang berarti bahwa 19.6 % variasi yang terjadi dalam kecenderungan meningkatnya kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara bersama, dengan demikian disarankan SMK perlu merancangkan program sosialisasi peningkatan kepribadian dan kompetensi guru serta pengawasan dan pemberian motivasi kerja secara kontinyu karena motivasi dan disiplin kerja turut mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja guru SMK kota Ambon. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja Guru. / This study aimed to obtain information on whether there is a relationship with the Teacher Performance Motivation, Discipline Work with Teacher Performance, Motivation and Discipline Working together with vocational teacher performance Ambon. The study was conducted at three vocational schools in the city of Ambon, namely SMK 1, SMK SMK Negeri 3 and 4. Variables With two namely Motivation (X1), and Work Discipline (X2), while the Teacher Performance (Y) as the dependent variable. Descriptive study was conducted using a survey method with a correlation technique. The instrument used to obtain the data variable is a questionnaire with Likert scale. The study population of 240 0rang teacher, a sample of 150 respondents and a test sample of 30 teachers with their extraction method is simple random sampling or random, three vocational schools in the city of Ambon. And data collection tool (questionnaire) consisted of teacher performance (variable Y) 50 questions, motivation (variable X1) 45 questions and work discipline (variable X2) 50 questions for the reliability of the instrument used Cronbach's alpha formula derived instruments are valid questions variable Y 33 grains, 30 grains of variable X1 and X2 variables 31 points. The results of the study showed that, there is a positive and significant relationship between motivation and teacher performance correlation value (ry1) of 0.331, 0.00 coefficient significance, value determinisasi (Ry1) = 0.109 which means that 10.9% of variation that occurs in the rising trend of performance teachers can be influenced by motivation. There is a positive and significant relationship between the discipline of Work with Teacher Performance correlation value (ry2) by 0379, 00:00 coefficient significance smaller than 0.05, the value of determination (Ry2) = 0.143 which means that 14.3% of the variation that occurs in trend of increasing teacher performance is influenced by the work discipline. From the results of the analysis to look at the relationship between motivation and discipline Working together with teacher performance showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between motivation and discipline are working together with the Teacher Performance with multiple correlation values (ry12) by 0442, the coefficient significance amounted to 17 874 and the value of determination (RY12) of 0.196 which means that 19.6% of variation that occurs in the rising trend of teacher performance is affected by motivation and discipline work together, thus the need to devise a program recommended vocational socialization and personality enhancement and monitoring of teacher competence and motivation work continuously for motivation and discipline of work also affects the performance improvement of Ambon city vocational school teachers.
