Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi Keterampilan komunikasi Guru dan Fasilitas belajar terhadap Kepuasan Siswa SD Pembangunan Jaya tahun Pelajaran 2016 - 2017, baik secara terpisah maupun bersama-sama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 siswa kelas IV, V dan VI SD Pembangunan Jaya Bintaro. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Terdapat korelasi positif antara keterampilan komunikasi guru terhadap kepuasan siswa, besarnya korelasi variabel bebas keterampilan komunikasi guru terhadap variabel terikat kepuasan siswa adalah 66,2%. Berikutnya terdapat korelasi positif antara fasilitas belajar terhadap kepuasan siswa, besarnya korelasi variabel bebas fasilitas belajar terhadap variabel terikat kepuasan siswa adalah 45,3%. Terdapat pula korelasi positif antara keterampilan komunikasi guru dan fasilitas belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan siswa, besarnya korelasi adalah sebesar 70,2%. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Guru, Fasilitas Belajar, Kepuasan Siswa. / The objective of research were to find out the correlation of theacher’s communication skills dan learning facilities with SD Pembangunan Jaya’s student satisfaction in year 2016 – 2017, partially and simultaneously. Reply method used in this research is quantitative. Sample in this research is 100 student of class IV, V and VI SD pembangunan Jaya Bintaro. The data collection techniques used questionnaires. The data were analyze by using multiple regression analysis. The result showed there is a positive correlation between theacher’s communication skills to student satisfaction. The magnitude of correlation is 66,2%. There is a positive correlation between learning facilities to student satisfaction. The magnitude of correlation is 45,3%. There is a positive correlation between theacher’s communication skills and learning facilities together to student satisfaction. The magnitude of correlation is 70,2%.
