Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan tesis ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh kompetensi guru dan penggunaan fasilitas belajar terhadap kinerja guru PAK SD-SMPSMA di wilayah Jakarta Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru agama SD-SMP-SMA di Jakarta Utara sebanyak 66 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan korelasional dan regresional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket dan validasi serta pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS 22.0 Setelah melakukan penelitian sesuai dengan metodologi yang baku, maka didapat hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi antara variabel kompetensi guru dengan kinerja guru PAK sebesar 0,769 Sedangkan Koefisien korelasi antara variabel penggunaan fasilitas belajar dengan kinerja guru PAK sebesar 0,739 dan keduanya masuk pada kategori kuat dan signifikan. Dari hasil penelitian ini juga didapat data regresi sebesar 0,737 yang berarti kompetensi guru dan penggunaan fasilitas belajar memberikan kontribusi sebesar 73,7% terhadap tingkat kinerja guru PAK di SD-SMP-SMA Jakarta Utara, sedangkan 26,3% sisanya merupakan pengaruh dari hal lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Melalui penelitian ini maka penulis menyarankan kepada lembaga pendidikan untuk senantiasa meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan pengunaan fasilitas belajar agar kinerja guru bisa meningkat sehingga tujuan pendidikan yang telah ditetapkan bisa tercapai. Kata kunci: kompentesi, , guru, fasilitas belajar, kinerja, pendidikan, agama kristen. / The purpose of this thesis is to know how far the influence of Christian religion teachers competency and the usage of learning facilities toward the Christian religion teacher’s performance of SD-SMP-SMA in North Jakarta. The population in this research are 66 Christian religion teacher of elementary, junior and senior high school teachers in North Jakarta. This research is using quantitative method with correlation and regresional aproach. The data in this research colected by questionnaire instruments that contained statement items from independent and dependent variables and the obtained data were processing by SPSS. After doing the research according to the standard methodology, the coefficient correlation between Christian religion teachers competency and Christian religion teachers performance is 0.769. The correlation coefficient between the variable of using learning facilities and Christian religion teacher performance is 0.739 and both are in strong and significant category. From this research, also obtained regression data 0.737 which means Christian religion teacher competency and usage of learning facilities contributed 73.7% to performance’s level of Christian religion teachers of elementary, junior and senior hight school in North Jakarta, while the remaining 26.3% caused by others variables that not discussed in this research.
