Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja guru dengan kinerja guru di SMAN 104 JAKARTA. Variabel bebas penelitian ini yaitu Kepuasan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja, sedangkan Variabel terikat adalah Kinerja Guru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru-guru SMAN 104 JAKARTA yang berjumlah 53 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Simple random sampling yaitu sebanyak 40 guru menjadi sampel penelitian dan 13 guru untuk uji coba instrumen penelitian. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner mula-mula berjumlah 30 butir untuk masing-masing variabel. Perhitungan validitas dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi Product Moment, jika r hitung > r tabel maka dinyatakan valid. Uji reliabilitas dengan uji Alpha Cronbach. Data berasal dari populasi yang berdistribusi normal, linier dan homogen. Setelah melalui perhitungan validitas dan reliabilitas diperoleh kuesioner yang valid dan reliabel untuk X1 sebanyak 25 butir, X2 sebanyak 25 butir, dan Y sebanyak 25 butir. Pengujian persyaratan analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji normalitas (liliefors). Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa sampel data berdistribusi normal, begitu pula uji linieritas regresi menunjukkan bahwa regresi berbentuk linier. Hasil pengujian hipotesis 1 diperoleh t hitung 9,295 > t tabel 2,024 dan nilai probabilitas 0,000 < taraf signifikan 0,05 maka terbukti hipotesis Ho ditolah dan H1 diterima. Paa pengujian hipotesis 2 diperoleh t hitung 9,599 > 2,024 dan nilai probabilitas 0,000 < taraf signifikan 0,05 maka terbukti Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Pengujian hipotes 3 diperoleh F hitung 77,705 > F tabel 3,252 dan nilai probabilitas 0,000 < taraf signifikan 0,05 maka terbukti bahwa hipotesis Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Koefisien korelasi ganda Kepuasan Kerja (X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) dengan Kinerja Guru (Y) didapat sebesar 0,899, dengan koefisien determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,808 Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Kepuasan Kerja ( X1) dengan Kinerja Guru di SMAN 104 JAKARTA (Y), terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja (X2) dengan Kinerja Guru di SMAN 104 JAKARTA (Y), dan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Kepuasan Kerja ( X1) dan Motivasi Kerja (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan Kinerja Guru di SMAN 104 JAKARTA. Sebagai saran untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, maka perlu diperhatikan kepuasan kerja guru dan juga perlu meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru. Kinerja guru akan meningkat jika kepuasan .kerja meningkat dan motivasi kerja meningkat. / The pupose of this study to detremine wheter there is relationship between a job satisfaction and teacher performance, motivation and teacher performance and to teacher performance in SMAN 104 JAKARTA. The independent Variabel in this study is the Job Satisfaction and the Motivation, while the dependent variabel is the Teacher Performance. The population in this study was teachers SMAN 104 JAKARTA, amounting to 53 people. Sampling techniques using simple random sampling method is by drawing numbers. The result are as many as 40 teachers who selected into the study sample and 13 teachers to trial of the research instrumen. Methode of research used was the survey method with the correlation approach. The research instrumens were the questionnaries of 30 variabel and used Product Moment Corelation formula for validity test, if r count > r table then the data is valid. This research applied Cronbach Alpha Test for Reliability Test. Data was taken from a normal, linier and homogeneous population. The calculation of the validity and reliabiliity eaveals that there are some quetionnaires which are valid and reliable. They are 25 items of X1, 25 items of X2, 25 items of Y. In the testing of the first hypotesis, it obtained that t count 10.24 > t tables 2.024 and 0,000 probability value < significant level 0.05, so that Ho was the rejected and H1 was accepted. In the second hypothesis testing obtained t count 16.6 > t table 2.024 and 0.000 probability value < significant level 0.05, so that Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted. Then, the testing of the third hypothesis obtained F count 186.75 > F table 4.098 and 0.000 probability value < significant level 0.05, so that the hypothesis of Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted. This research obtained the multiple coefficient correlation of Job Satisfaction (X1), Motivation (X2), and Teachers Performance (Y) of 0.899 with the coefficient of determination of 0.808. This indicated that (1) There is positive and significant relationship between Job Satisfaction (X1) and the Teachers Performance in SMAN 104 JAKARTA; (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between Motivation (X2) and the Teachers Performance in SMAN 104 JAKARTA; (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between the Job Satisfaction (X1) and the Motivation (X2) together with Teachers Performance in SMAN 104 JAKARTA. It is suggested that to increase teachers performance, it is neccesery to increase the job satisfaction with increasing the servise motivation. The teachers performance should be increased by increasing job satisfaction and service motivation by increasing.
