Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi dan komitmen secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Santa Maria Monica Bekasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di Sekolah Santa Maria Monica yang berjumlah 97 orang. Sampel sebanyak 77 orang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Sedangkan uji coba instrumen penelitian sebanyak 20 orang. Pengukuran dengan angket menggunakan skala Likert dengan skala 1 sampai dengan 5. Validasi instrumen dengan menggunakan analisis butir dengan taraf signifikansi α 0,444. (N−2;0,05) = Indeks reliabilitas dihitung dengan menggunakan alpha Cronbach, dengan hasil: 1) Instrumen Variabel X1=0,966; 2) Instrumen Variabel X2=0,960, dan 3) Instrumen Variabel Y= 0,968. Sebelum melakukan pengujian hipotesis, terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis. Hasil penelitian ditemukan : 1) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara iklim organisasi (X1) dan kinerja guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,825 dan persamaan garis regresi 2) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara komitmen (X2) dan kinerja guru (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,714 dan persamaan garis regresi ; 3) terdapat hubungan antara iklim organisasi (X1) dan komitmen (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru (Y) sebesar 0,870 dan persamaan garis regresi Kata kunci : iklim organisasi, komitmen guru, kinerja guru. / The objective of the research is to study the relationships between climate organization and commitment individually or jointly with teacher performance. This research was conducted at the School of Santa Maria Monica Bekasi. The population in this study were all the teachers in Santa Maria Monica amounting to 97 teachers. The sample of the research is 77 teachers, which is calculated by using the Slovin formula. While test instrument as many as 20 teachers. The instruments using a Likert scale with a scale of 1 to 5. Validation instrument using item analysis with a significance level of reliability index which is calculated by using Cronbach's alpha, with the result: 1) Instrument Variable X1 = 0.966; 2) Instrument Variable X2 = 0.960, and 3) Instrument Variable Y = 0.968. Before testing the hypothesis, first tested the requirement analysis. The research concludes that there are positive and significant relationships between: 1) organization climate (X1) and performance (Y) with coefficient 0,825 and regresion line 2) commitment (X2) and performance (Y) with coefficient 0,714 and regresion line and 3) Furthermore, there is positive relationship between both independent variables with performance with coefficient 0,870 and regression line Keywords : organization climate, commitment, performance.
