Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru dengan kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Gugus I Kecamatan Nusaniwe Ambon, dengan rumusan masalah dalam penelitian adalah : 1). Adakah hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru di SD Gugus I Kecamatan Nusaniwe Ambon ?, 2). Adakah hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja guru dengan kinerja guru di SD Gugus I Kecamatan Nusaniwe Ambon ?, 3). Adakah hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru di SD Gugus I Kecamatan Nusaniwe Ambon ? Untuk memperoleh hasil rumusan masalah di atas, penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan April sampai dengan bulan Juli 2014 pada 6 SD yang ada di Gugus I Kecamatan Nusaniwe Ambon, dengan menggunakan metode survey dan pendekatan korelasional regresi sederhana maupun ganda dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 71 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa : 1). Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Gugus I Kecamatan Nusaniwe Ambon, dengan koefisien korelasi r = 0,847 dan thitung = 361,551 > ttabel = 1,667 pada taraf signifikan 0,05%, 2). Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja guru dengan kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Gugus I Kecamatan Nusaniwe Ambon, dengan koefisien korelasi r = 0,811 dan thitung = 172,568 > ttabel = 1,667 pada taraf signifikan 0,05%, 3). Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru secara bersama-sama dengan kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Gugus I Kecamatan Nusaniwe Ambon, dengan koefisien korelasi R = 0,912 dan Fhitung = 7,7474 > Ftabel = 3,13 pada taraf signifikan 0,05%. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa antara supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kinerja guru. Kata Kunci : Supervisi Kepala Sekolah, Motivasi Kerja Guru, Kinerja Guru. / This study which aimed to determine the relationship between the principal supervision and work motivation of teachers with teachers performance in Elementary School the First Cluster Nusaniwe District of Ambon. The formulation of the problem in this study are: 1. Is there a positive and significant relationship between the principal’s supervision with the performance of teachers in elementary school Cluster I, Kec. Nusaniwe, Ambon? 2. Is there a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and job performance of teachers in elementary school Cluster I, Kec. Nusaniwe, Ambon? Is there a positive and significant relationship between the pricipal supervision, work motivation of teachers with teachers job performance in elementary school Cluster I, kec. Nusaniwe, Ambon? To obtain a formulation of the problem above, this study was carried out from April to Juli 2014 at 6 elementary school in Cluster I of district Nusaniwe, Ambon. The method of this research is using survey method and approaches simple and multiple regression correlation with the study sample as many as 71 people . The Result of this study found that: 1) There is a positive and significant relationship between principal’s supervission with teacher performance in the Elementary School Cluster I of district Nusaniwe, Ambon, with a correlation coefficient r = 0,847 and t = 361,552 > t table = 1,667 at significant level of 0.05%, 2). There is a significant positive relationship between motivation and job performance of teachers with elementary school teachers in the District Nusaniwe Ambon Cluster I, with a correlation coefficient r = 0.811 and t = 172,568 > table = 1,667 at significant level of 0.05%, 3). There is a positive and significant relationship between the principal supervision and motivation of teachers working together with the performance of teachers in the District Primary School Cluster I Nusaniwe Ambon, with a correlation coefficient R = 0,912 and F count = 7,7474 > F = 3.13 at significant level 0 , 05%. The result of this study concluded that among the principal’s supervision and motivation of teachers has a positive and significant relationship with teachers performance.
