Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh supervisi (X1) dan motivasi kerja(X2) terhadap kinerja guru(Y) di SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, survei analisisnya adalah regresi ganda. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menjalankan kuesioner(angket), teknik dokumentasi, dan teknik observasi. Merujuk pada hasil analisis regresi liner sederhana antara supervisi(X1) dengan kinerja guru(Y) didapatkan Koefisien X1 = 0,528 artinya “jika variabel supervisi guru meningkat sebesar 1 satuan maka akan mengakibatkan kenaikan kinerja guru SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao sebesar 0,528 satuan”. Dan dari hasil analisis regresi liner sederhana antara motivasi kerja(X2) dengan kinerja guru(Y), didapatkan Koefisien X2 = 0,520, berarti “jika variabel motivasi kerja guru meningkat sebesar 1 satuan maka akan mengakibatkan kenaikan kinerja guru SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao sebesar 0,520 satuan”. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa “supervisi guru dan motivasi kerja guru berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao Kabupaten Toraja Utara. Hasil penelitian juga diperoleh koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,368 yang berarti bahwa kontribusi pengaruh supervisi guru dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMK Kristen Tagari Rantepao Kabupaten Toraja Utara adalah sebesar 36,8% sedangkan sisanya 63,2% dipengaruhi oleh fakor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini”. Kata Kunci : Supervisi, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kinerja Guru. / This study aims to analyze the effect of supervision (X1) and work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y) at Tagari Christian Vocational School of Rantepao, North Toraja Regency. In this study, using a research method with a quantitative approach, the survey analysis was multiple regression. Data collection techniques are carried out by running a questionnaire (questionnaire), documentation techniques, and observation techniques. Referring to the results of the simple linear regression analysis between supervision (X1) and teacher performance (Y), the coefficient of X1 = 0.528 is obtained, meaning "if the teacher supervision variable increases by 1 unit, it will result in an increase in the performance of the teacher of Tagari Christian Vocational School of Rantepao by 0.528 units". And from the results of the simple linear regression analysis between work motivation (X2) and teacher performance (Y), the coefficient of X2 = 0.520 is obtained, which means "if the teacher work motivation variable increases by 1 unit it will result in an increase in the performance of the teacher of Tagari Christian Vocational School of Rantepao by 0.520 units. ". The results of simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, so it can be concluded that “teacher supervision and teacher work motivation simultaneously influence the performance of the teachers at Tagari Christian Vocational School of Rantepao, North Toraja Regency. The results of the study also obtained a coefficient of determination of 0.368 which means that the contribution of the influence of teacher supervision and teacher work motivation to the performance of teachers of the Christian Vocational School of Tagari Rantepao, North Toraja Regency is 36.8% while the remaining 63.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in the study. this".
