Abstract
Penelitian kausal ditujukan untuk mendapatkan pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja . Penelitian ini dilakukan di Direktorat Ketahanan dan Pengembangan Akses Industri Internasional di Lingkungan Kementrian Perindustrian. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh staf Direktorat Ketahanan dan Pengembangan Akses Industri Internasional di Lingkungan Kementrian Perindustrian. Sampel yang diambil adalah semua jumlah populasi staf di Direktorat Ketahanan dan Pengembangan Akses Industri Internasional sebanyak 30 orang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Deskriptif dengan teknik korelasional. Dalam penelitian ini data dianalisis dengan uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji homogenitas Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan (1) Terdapat hubungan positif (dan signifikan) antara Budaya Organisasi (X1) dengan Kinerja (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,562 dan koefisen determinasi (R square) sebesar 0,316 (3,60%) (2) Terdapat hubungan positif (dan signifikan) antara Gaya Kepemimpinan (X2) dengan Kinerja (Y) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,570 dan koefisen determinasi (R square)sebesar 0,325 (32,5%). (3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Budaya Organisasi (X1) dan Gaya Kepemimpinan (X2) secara bersama-sama dengan Kinerja (Y) dengan korelasi ganda (R ) sebesar 0,667, dan koefisien determinasi (R square) 0,445, (44,5%) sedangkan koefisien determinasi ganda (Adjust R square) sebesar 0,404. Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kinerja. / Causal research is aimed at gaining influence of organizational culture and leadership style on employee performance. This research was conducted at the Directorate of Industrial Resilience and Development of International Industry in the Ministry of Industry. The population in this study is all staff of Directorate of Industrial Resilience and Development of International Development in Environment Ministry of Industry. The samples taken are all the total population of staff in the Directorate of International Industrial Access and Development as many as 30 people. The research was conducted by using survey method with correlation technique. In this study the data were analyzed by normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and homogeneity test The results concluded (1) There is a positive (and significant) relationship between Organizational Culture (X1) and Employee Performance (Y) with a correlation coefficient of 0,562 and coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.316. (2) There is a positive (and significant) relationship between Leadership Style (X2) with Employee Performance (Y) with correlation coefficient of 0,570 and coefficient of determination (R square) equal to 0,325. (3) There is a positive and significant correlation between Organization Culture (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) together with Employee Performance (Y) with double correlation (R) equal to 0,667, and coefficient of determination (R square) 0,445, while Coefficient of determination double (Adjust R square) equal to 0,404.
