Abstract
Nova Ritonga. Evaluasi Implementasi PAK keluarga di GKRI Jemaat Diaspora Cawang Jakarta Timur. Tesis Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Agama Kristen, Program Pascasarjana Universitas Kristen Indonesia, Jakarta, 2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap implementasi Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) keluarga di GKRI Jemaat Diaspora Cawang. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan evaluasi. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah model CIPP (context, input, process, dan product). Sampel ditetapkan menggunakan model sampel bertujuan (purposive sampling). Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 10 keluarga yang terdiri orangtua dan anak. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model deskripsi analitis. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pemahaman keluarga tentang PAK keluarga sudah memadai. Evaluasi konteks (contect) dihasilkan bahwa pemahaman dan penguasaan orangtua tentang landasan PAK keluarga pada kategori kurang baik, pemenuhan kebutuhan PAK keluarga bagi anak pada kategori baik. Evaluasi masukan (input) ketersediaan pendidik dan peserta didik pada kategori sangat baik (100%), sarana yang digunakan cukup memadai, orangtua mengetahui berbagai strategi PAK keluarga, perencanaan dana dalam kategori sangat tidak baik. Evaluasi proses (process) implementasi PAK keluarga berada pada kategori baik, belum memiliki dan menggunakan kurikulum (buku), penggunaan bahan ajar masih minim. Strategi yang digunakan tergolong memadai, dan orangtua berperan dengan baik. Dari evaluasi hasil (product) ditemukan bahwa keluarga memperoleh hasil yang baik. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa keluarga belum memahami pentingnya evaluasi implementasi PAK keluarga. Kata kunci: evaluasi, implementasi, Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK), keluarga. / Ritonga, Nova. Evaluation of Implementation of Christian Religious Education in the family at GKRI Jemaat Diaspora Cawang, East Jakarta. This is a Thesis of the Master's Degree Program of Christian Religious Education, Postgraduate Program of Christian University of Indonesian, Jakarta, 2018. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Christian Religious Education of the family members in GKRI church, the congregation in Diaspora, Cawang. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with an evaluation approach. The evaluation model used is the CIPP model (context, input, process, and product). The sample is appointed using purposive sampling model. The informants in this study are ten (10) families consisting of parents and children. The data of this research were collected using interview technique. The technique for analyzing the data is analytical description model. In this study, the researcher found out that family’s understanding about Christian Religious Education is in adequate level. The context evaluation resulted that parents’ understanding and mastery of Christian Religious Education in family foundation is in a bad category whereas the need fulfillment of Christian Religious Education in family for children is in a good category. The inputs evaluation for the availability of educators and students is in the category of very good (100%); the means used are quite adequate; the parents know the various strategies for family Christian Religious Education; and the fund planning is in the category of not very good. The Evaluation process of implementation of Christian Religious Education in family is in a good category; it neither have and nor use of curriculum (book); the use of teaching materials is still in minimum level. The strategies used are sufficient and the parents play a good role. From the results (products) evaluation, it is found that the families get good results. The evaluation results show that the families have not understood the importance of evaluating the implementation of Christian Religious Education in the family.
