Abstract
Natalisman Gulo. EVALUASI PENDIDIKAN AGAMA KRISTEN PADA SEKOLAH MINGGU GEREJA BETHEL INDONESIA JEMAAT GROWTH TANGERANG BANTEN. Tesis Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Agama Kristen (M.PAK), Program Pascasarjana Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI) Jakarta 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi PAK pada Sekolah Minggu Gereja Bethel Indonesia Jemaat Growth Tangerang Banten. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan evaluasi. Evaluasi adalah suatu penilaian dan pengukuran terhadap program yang sudah diterapkan di lapangan. Sedangkan PAK adalah pendidikan iman rohani bagi orang percaya yang di dalamnya terdapat aspek-aspek pengajaran, firman Tuhan, dan nilai-nilai kebenaran. Jadi, evaluasi PAK adalah suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan untuk melihat hasil pelaksanaan program PAK di lapangan. Informan memahami bahwa Sekolah Minggu adalah kegiatan di hari Minggu, yang di dalamnya ada kegiatan ibadah dan pembelajaran Alkitab. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah gembala, wakil gembala, guru Sekolah Minggu, dan anak Sekolah Minggu. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara terhadap tujuh orang responden. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan model deskripsi analisis. Dalam memahami hasil penelitian terhadap PAK pada Sekolah Minggu peneliti menggunakan model evaluasi context, input, process, dan product (CIPP). Sasaran dari model evaluasi CIPP dibagi menjadi empat bagian, yaitu: 1) evaluasi konteks. Evaluasi kontek merupakan penilaian terhadap perencanaan dan tujuan yang telah ditentukan dalam program PAK pada Sekolah Minggu. Hasil wawancara kepada para informan kurang memahami terhadap model evaluasi konteks, terlihat dari pendapat para informan bahwa landasan PAK tidak dipahami secara maksimal, mereka tidak memahami bahwa PAK dilandaskan pada Undang-Undang. 2) evaluasi masukan. Evaluasi masukan guru dan anak menjadi unsur penting dalam kegiatan pelaksanaan PAK pada Sekolah Minggu dan sarana dan prasarana sudah cukup menjadi faktor pendukung pelaksanaan. 3) evaluasi proses. Evaluasi proses adalah penilaian terhadap pelaksanaan program. Pelaksanaan PAK pada Sekolah Minggu didapat masih kurang memadai, terlihat dari pernyataan para informan yang mengatakan bahwa mereka tidak memiliki kurikulum yang tersusun rapi. 4) evaluasi hasil. Hasil pelaksanaan PAK pada Sekolah Minggu ditemukan hasil yang kurang maksimal. Hasil evaluasi PAK pada Sekolah Minggu Gereja Bethel Indonesia Jemaat Growth menunjukkan bahwa gereja dan guru Sekolah Minggu masih belum memahami pentingnya kegiatan evaluasi PAK pada Sekolah Minggu di gereja dan tidak memahami secara maksimal model evaluasi CIPP dalam kegiatan PAK pada Sekolah Minggu. This study aims to evaluate PAK at Sunday School of Gereja Bethel Indonesia jemaat Growth, Tangerang Banten. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method with an evaluation approach. Evaluation is an assessment and measurement of a program that has been implemented in the field. Whereas PAK is an education of spiritual faith for believers in which there are aspects of teaching, the words of God, and values of truth. So, PAK evaluation is an activity carried out to see the results of the implementation of the PAK program in the field. The informant understands that Sunday School is an activity on Sunday, in which there are activities of worship and Bible study. Informants in this study are pastors, deputy pastors, Sunday School teachers, and Sunday School children. Data were collected using interview techniques with seven respondents. Then the data are analyzed using the analysis description model. In understanding the results of research on PAK at Sunday School researchers used a context evaluation model, input, process, and product (CIPP). The targets of the CIPP evaluation model are divided into four parts, namely: 1) context evaluation. Context evaluation is an assessment of the plans and goals that have been determined in the PAK program at Sunday School. The results of interviews with informants did not understand the context evaluation model, it can be seen from the opinions of the informants that the basis of PAK was not fully understood, they did not understand that PAK was based on the Law. 2) evaluation of inputs. Evaluation of teacher and child input is an important element in the implementation of PAK in Sunday Schools and facilities and infrastructure are sufficient to be supporting factors for implementation. 3) process evaluation. Process evaluation is an assessment of program implementation. The implementation of PAK in Sunday Schools was found to be inadequate, as can be seen from the statements of the informants who said that they did not have a neatly arranged curriculum. 4) evaluation of results. The results of the implementation of PAK in Sunday Schools were found to be suboptimal results. The results of the PAK evaluation at the Sunday School of the Gereja Bethel Indonesia in jemaat Growth showed that the church and Sunday School teachers still did not understand the importance of the PAK evaluation activity at the Sunday School in the church and did not fully understand the CIPP evaluation model in the PAK activities at the Sunday School.
