Abstract

Tren transformasi digital yang mulai populer di berbagai sektor usaha baik di negara maju dan negara berkembang seperti Indonesia, meningkatkan kebutuhan akan ruang kerja seiring pertumbuhan bisnis startup. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk menghasilkan desain coworking space agar menjadi tempat bekerja yang nyaman dan membantu para pekerja untuk berkonsentrasi serta mewadahi para pekerja digital kreatif untuk meningkatkan kreativitas yang memenuhi kebutuhan para pekerja, dan mewujudkan tatanan ruang luar dan ruang dalam bangunan Coworking space yang dapat memudahkan interaksi antar pengunjung untuk mendukung kolaborasi, dengan memperhatikan privasi serta dapat memunculkan suasana nyaman untuk meningkatkan produktivitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif untuk data tidak terukur serta kuantitatif untuk data yang terukur. Penerapan bioklimatik sebagai tema perancangan coworking space dapat menciptakan suatu lingkungan dan bangunan yang dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi tanpa menyebabkan kerusakan pada lingkungan sekitar. Untuk menunjang kegiatan aktivitas pengguna bangunan coworking space harus memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Kelayakan dan kenyamanan bangunan sangat penting melihat intensitas kegiatan pada bangunan perkantoran umumnya cukup tinggi, yaitu sekitar 8-9 jam/hari. Kata Kunci: Bioklimatik, Co-working Space, dan Kolaborasi. / The digital transformation trend, which is gaining popularity in various business sectors, both in developed and developing countries such as Indonesia, increase the need for workspaces as startup businesses grow. The aim of this paper is to produce a coworking space design so that it becomes a comfortable place to work and helps workers to concentrate and accommodate creative digital workers to increase creativity that meets the needs of workers, and creates the arrangement of outdoor and indoor spaces in the building that can facilitate interaction between visitors to support collaboration, by paying attention to privacy and create a comfortable atmosphere to increase productivity. The method used is qualitative for unmeasured data and quantitative for measured data. The application of bioclimatics as a coworking space design theme can create an environment and building designed to meet energy needs without causing damage to the surrounding environment. To support the activities of coworking space users, they must have adequate facilities and infrastructure. The feasibility and comfort of the building is very important considering the intensity of activities in office buildings is generally quite high, which is around 8-9 hours/day.
