Abstract

Dalam proses konstruksi, material merupakan komponen yang menentukan keberlangsungan dan efektivitas proyek. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, proses pengiriman material memiliki beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi, yaitu jarak tempuh, lalu lintas, ketersediaan material, dan kondisi cuaca. Dalam pengerjaan proyek, tahapan-tahapan pembangunan yang saling berkaitan memiliki batasan waktu. Pada saat pengerjaan proyek konstruksi sering terjadi ketidaksesuaian antara perencanaan dengan apa yang terjadi di lapangan, yang menyebabkan semakin banyak waktu yang dihabiskan dan semakin banyak pula biaya yang dikeluarkan. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja pelaksanaan pekerjaan, memiliki pengetahuan tentang waktu pelaksanaan, mendapatkan kesimpulan dalam keterlambatan pengiriman material sesampai membuat hal-hal yang dapat berdampak besar pada pekerjaan The Newton 2 Apartement. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan dilakukan identifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh jika terjadi keterlambatan pengiriman material dan rendahnya kualitas hasil pekerjaan pada proyek konstruksi beserta langkah pencegahan dan perbaikannya. Kata Kunci: Efektivitas Proyek, Pengiriman Material, Proyek Konstruksi, Hasil Kerja. / In the construction process, material is a component that determines the sustainability and effectiveness of the project. Based on this, the material delivery process has several influencing factors, namely mileage, traffic, material availability, and weather conditions. In the course of project work, the interrelated stages of development efforts have time constraints. When working on construction projects, there is often a mismatch between planning and what happens in the field, which causes more time to be spent and more costs incurred. The purpose of the research is to find out the performance of work implementation, have knowledge about implementation time, get conclusions in material delivery delays making things that can have a big impact on the work of The Newton 2 Apartement. In this study, the identification of influential factors will be carried out if there is a delay in material delivery and low quality of work results in construction projects along with preventive and corrective steps.
