Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kurikulum berbasis industri dan pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta didik SMK di Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para guru dari ketiga SMK di Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya pelaksana program SMK Pusat Keunggulan yaitu SMKN 1 Kota Tambolaka, SMK Pancasila Tambolaka dan SMK Don Bosco. Total jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 110 guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dengan model Likert dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) adanya pengaruh positif dari kurikulum berbasis industri terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta didik SMK berdasarkan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 57,735 + 0,210 X1. Serta besar pengaruh 6,6%. (2) adanya pengaruh positif dari pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta didik SMK berdasarkan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 52,670 + 0,261X2. Serta besar pengaruh 6,9% dan (3) adanya pengaruh positif dari kurikulum berbasis industri dan pengalaman praktik kerja lapangan terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta didik SMK berdasarkan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 37,695 + 0,198 X1 + 0,247 X2 dengan besar pengaruh adalah 12,8%. / The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of industry-based curriculum and field work practice experience on the work readiness of vocational students in Southwest Sumba Regency. This research method is a quantitative approach based on the survey method. Respondents in this study were teachers from three SMKs in Southwest Sumba Regency implementing the SMK Center of Excellence program, is that SMKN 1 Tambolaka City, SMK Pancasila Tambolaka and SMK Don Bosco. The total number of respondents in this study was 110 teachers. This study used a questionnaire instrument with Likert model uses simple and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a positive influence of industry-based curriculum on the work readiness of vocational students based on the regression equation Ŷ = 57.735 + 0.210X1. And the effect is 6.6%. (2) there is a positive influence of field work practice experience on the work readiness of vocational students based on the regression equation Ŷ = 52.670 + 0.261X2. And the effect is 6.9% and (3) there is a positive influence of the industry-based curriculum and field work practice experience on the work readiness of vocational students based on the regression equation Ŷ = 37.695 + 0.198X1 + 0.247X2 with the value of the effect is 12.8%.
