Abstract

Kanker payudara menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan yang penting di seluruh dunia, termasuk juga di Indonesia. Hingga kini belum diketahui secara pasti faktor penyebab utama kanker payudara. Keterlambatan penderita dalam melakukan pemeriksaan awal kepelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia mencapai lebih dari 80%. Hal ini mengakibatkan kejadian kanker payudara sering ditemukan pada stadium lanjut. Karena tingginya insidensi terkait kanker payudara, peneliti tertarik untuk membuat karya ilmiah yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Profil Pasien Kanker Payudara di RSUP Fatmawati periode Februari – Desember 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif retrospektif berdasarkan data dibagian rekam medik RSUP Fatmawati. Kanker payudara memperlihatkan wanita sebanyak (97 kasus 100%) ibu rumah tangga (77 kasus 79,4 %) berusia 40-50 tahun sebanyak (47 kasus 48,5%) dengan tingkat pendidikan sebanyak SLTA sebanyak (46 kasus 47,4%) stadium klinis paling banyak ditemukan yaitu stadium IV sebanyak (51 kasus 52,6%) dan metastasis pada tulang sebanyak (77 kasus 77,3%). Kata kunci : Kanker payudara, faktor risiko, stadium. / Breast cancer is becoming one health problem worldwide, including in Indonesia.Up to now, the major factor that causes breast cancer has still unknown. Almost 80% of breast cancer patients in Indonesia have delayed in breast cancer screening. The purpose of this study was to determine some factors associated with breast screening retardation of breast cancer patient. Because of the high incidence of breast cancer, the researchers are interested in creating a scientific work which aims to find Profile breast cancer in Fatmawati period February until December 2017. This was a retrospective descriptive study using data from medical record in Fatmawati hospital. The results showed that there 97 cases of breast cancer. Most of them were woman (97 cases; 100%) housewife (77 cases; 79,4) aged 40-50 (47 cases; 48,5%), senior high school as the highest education (46 cases (47,4%) the most common clinical stage IV (51 cases; 52,6%), the most metastases bone (77 cases; 77,3%).
